    I signed up for a subscription from Wholesale2b (******************), a drop shipping company. I had reached out multiple times requesting them to cancel my subscription via email and online ticket submission forms on their website (***************************************************************). Despite removing my credit card from my profile, and deleting my **** drop shipping account through Wholesale2b as suggested, I keep getting charged a monthly subscription fee.     In December 2022, I purchased a year subscription for dropshipping. They had a money back guarantee if you were unhappy with services before you made any sales, which they did not honor for me. In addition, despite rejecting my refund AND me canceling their services, they charged me for an annual renewal in December 2023 against my consent! They refunded the 2023 but still not the original 2022. Their business is deceptive in two ways that render it useless for a newcomer: (1) their wholesale drop shipping prices were higher than ALL retail prices on Amazon and ***** So there is no room to profit if you offer the cheapest prices on marketplaces, and you cant become a featured seller offering more expensive prices. (2) They claim to have a large number of available dropshipping items available. A large portion of these items are actually prohibited from selling. I listed hundreds of items and quickly received many C&D letters from lawyers for listing products without manufacturers consent. In my requests for consent to sell these restricted products, I was denied every single one. So a large portion of their available products are, in fact, restricted from users selling them. So they are basically a useless service (products too expensive to profit), clearly deceptive in their claims (number of items), and not honoring of their own refund policy.

    I see that you had opted for a Yearly Subscription, which you had automated with *********** at the time of checkout of the plan in question. Despite this, we did issue a full refund of the renewal charge. About product prices, the wholesale cost of the products come directly from the suppliers and are shown to you 'as is', without making any changes to prices or inflating them. About lower prices on marketplaces like Amazon for the same products, there could be multiple reasons why you see lower prices. The cheaper products could either be refurbished/returned items or bought in bulk for a discounted price by the seller. About listing the products on Amazon using your account, I'd like to note that *********** is a provider of products via its distribution partners, and not via the brands themselves. Any authorization that you require from brands have to be sought by you and *********** does not claim or advertise to do this for you. We provide a catalog, and not the authority to resell the items from the brands. Additionally, this is only true to certain brands and e-commerce platforms, which is why *********** makes a stringent effort to separate products that *** require brand authorization with a dedicated filter called "Restricted Amazon Products".

    *********** has always been transparent with what we offer and has honored our Refund Policy as stated in the link above. We understand that we were not the best fit for you, however, we are not liable for issues caused by brands and marketplaces.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    At the time of my initial subscription, I am almost certain that there was a promotion for a free trial with a refund; I assumed it was refunded without checking back until I received the extra charge on my account a year later. I stand by my claim that you falsely advertise and willingly deceive the number of products that you have available for dropshipping. Even now on your homepage, the biggest letters are "1 Million Dropship Products" with "you keep the profits" underneath. This is deliberately falsely advertising your services. Only a very small fraction of your dropshipping products are, at any given time, available to dropshippers for a wholesale price that is lower than the retail price on Amazon or ***** thus they are completely unprofitable to sell. And a significant portion of your "million" dropshipping products are not actually available for dropshippers to sell due to requirements for authorization from manufacturers (which are incredibly difficult or impossible to obtain). Several products for which I received Cease & Desist letters (for listing without authorization from manufacturers) were completely barred from use by ANYONE to sell besides the manufacturer themselves. I contacted several manufacturers who informed me that nobody else was authorized, nor ever would be authorized, to sell their products online. So how can you say that you're not responsible for this? Your primary advertising feature on your homepage explicitly says you have a million dropshipping products, but a significant portion of these products can't actually be sold by anyone? Clearly you are deliberately luring people in for an expensive annual subscription without being upfront and honest about your actual services.
