    Real friendly and will work with you. The only thing is..... make sure someone is there for the pick up, look very closely at the inventory list before and after. Make sure to plug things in after they drop things off. Because for some reason they can't seem to locate our washer and dryer. They broke our fridge when they tried to move it and didn't replace it.. they also don't know how to pack vinyl records. They packed the horizontal and not vertical there for a lot of my cymbal was wrapped upon arrival. Also in our case, we didn't look at our inventory list carefully and still can't locate a few things. They say if it isn't on the list pretty much your **** outta luck. And now they are ghosting us.....and won't give me a corporate phone number to contact anyone about this....
    Just make sure everything is there and running before you sign anything .....
