    My husband and I rented a dumpster from Junk Control with a 7-day rental agreement, but they failed to pick it up on time due to their own lack of drivers. I wouldn't have known had I not called the next day after seeing the bin was still outside and asked when they were picking up. They said they'd pick it up once they have a driver at no cost to us. Instead of the agreed one week, it sat on our property for three weeks. During that time, there was no updates from the company and no communication from their end, so on the third week I called them back for an update and to tell them it had been 3 weeks and no one had picked up still. On the third week, I noticed TV's in our bin that someone had thrown in without us knowing, and so I called Junk Control and told them that due to the bin being there longer than it was supposed to we had people dumping their unauthorized trashsomething that wouldnt have happened if the company had removed it as scheduled. When I mentioned the bin had been there for 3 weeks the employee over the phone seemed unaware that their bin was even at our house until I called and reminded them.Despite this being entirely their fault, they refused to take responsibility and charged us an extra $92 for the disposal of the TVs. We disputed the charge with our bank, but they still found a way to take the money. Their response? Hiding behind their terms and conditions, claiming were responsible for whatever ends up in the dumpstereven though their own delay caused the issue. It's not that we can't afford to pay the $92, it's the fact that the this company does not stand by its agreements, takes no accountability for its mistakes, displayed horrible communication as to what time and date a driver would come or informing us when a driver was available, and forces customers to pay for the company's own failures.
