I signed up with Done For You Biz Solutions to manage my two Amazon stores. I paid them $37,000.00. After the payment it took them 4 months to get back to me and start managing my stores. They promised me to make up money in 18 months if not they will refund me my money. I started with them in December 2022 and so they made $6,000.00. there was no customer service to talk to. My stores were disactivated by Amazon more than a year ago. They have a money back guaranteed in their contract. I tried to contact them their phone number is not working. I would like my money back because they did not keep their promise.thank you

I had originally heard of Done For You Biz Solutions (DFY) via an online advertisement, as I was searching for an automated E-Commerce store/platform company (as a source of passive income). They offered a "special" at the time of three stores (two Amazon and one ***** store for $36,998 along with a money-back guarantee after 18 months if I had provided enough credit for all of the stores and they ended up being not profitable. However, after approximately 6 months in, it seems as though this business is a scam. Although they did help me set up my stores (and take many fees along the way), as of today, they have all been closed due to policy violations. Their communication is extremely poor, and I cannot even seem to contact the main office via phone, although I have tried 100+ times. Although they have made some sales, I believe this is illegitimate and would like to nullify my agreement with them for inadequate service and receive a refund.Ideally, I would simply just like a refund/buyout of this contract/agreement, since it seems dishonest and predatory, and I do not seem to be receiving the advertised service even nearly up to par. The initial startup fee, as stated in the contract, for this service was $36,998.00 and I have provided an additional ~$2,544 in inventory and other expenses (that I have records of) for which I have not been compensated for whatsoever. Therefore, I would like a total refund/credit of $39,542.I have previously spoken to the Attorney General regarding this issue, and their office has referred/recommended me over to the BBB to mediate a resolution to this issue. I would appreciate any assistance in simply just receiving a refund and breaking ties with this, in my opinion, shady business, please. Thank you!
