    We received a product that is missing a piece (rear axel). When contacting ******** they said we had to reach out to the seller directly which was a third party, NEXSAN LLC. The number they have listed on Walmart.com is for a locksmith. My husband called and messaged them through their "contact us" numerous times. He finally found a number for the company and ******* said to send a picture of the missing piece (unsure how you can possibly do that) but either way we sent a photo of "where" the piece was missing was supposed to go. They said to send the photo and they would expedite the piece immediately so our son could get his birthday present. It has now been 5 days after sending the email, and we have not received the item. They have also blocked my husbands number. So now I am trying to contact them and I have gotten no response either.

    bought on line 6-23-2023 given as gift on 7-9-2023/ broke immediately called ******* store in ********* ** and they said I could return it there, took to store and was told it was sold thru a 3rd party and need to contact them. started a return while in the store(plainly states return) email comes thru from Nexsan saying they will contact me with in 48 hours, receive email from nexsan wanting me to send video of broken item along with how many I need to repair the issue. stated again to them I want a return, I get another email saying need a video again. Also in their email it states returns are fine but never got any info to return. contacted ******* customer service, they canceled my original request and started a new one. still same issue, want info and pic of broken item/s for replacement. called ******* customer service again and they tried to call company, would not answer, but asked for return again. during these 2 return contacts with *******, ****** sends me email wanting return info, which i cannot send what i have not been issued. I have emailed and asked for the return and phone number from ****** and still not luck. the one number on their contact info thru ******* i called and it is a lock *****. I typed in the address thru bbb and it has no record of this address.
