    I paid **** and his team to setup an Amazon store, I bought product and had it shipped. Here is why contract didn't get met ***** Services provided section 3:c. Inventory Listing A minimum of 1 product shall be listed within 120 days of receiving ( no product listed e. Order Fulfillment ( no product listed to get orders filled. product was at amazon and listing made)g. *********************** lost 180 units due to mismanagement)i. Product ******************* didn't communicate with amazon to get the 180 units back)Total $40,000 ********* setup $7336.53 USD Shipping of Product from ***** to ** $6133.20 USD Product $606.64 USD Amazon fee for aged inventory( products that sit in warehouse for certain amount of time)$57.96 USD Amazon fee for aged inventory Total: $54,134.33 USD He wont answer calls, texts or emails. I had a lawyer send him a letter. I am tired of business like this getting away with this stuff and want my money back and him unable to operate a business. Have documentation and emails saying going to end contract.

Please note that the company has since changed management since you engaged with our company for services and our staff is doing everything possible to meet and exceed the expectations of each of our clients. Although we welcome you to communicate with us in a private and professional manner about your experience. Per section 28, DISPARAGEMENT, of your Service Level Agreement (please see attached),"*** Client agrees and accepts that any issues or problems that *** Client could encounter with the Store/s, or ********************* services, should be discussed in a professional and private manner. *** Client therefore hereby agrees never to disparage, insult, or fabricate information regarding *** Service Provider in any online or offline forum whatsoever, including but not limited to social media channels, regardless of whether such comments or information would constitute libel or slander, and regardless whether such comments could be deemed factually true or false. *** Client agrees that any such disparagement or insult constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, that could lead to legal action be taken by the Service Provider against *** Client, the Service Provider *** pause or close *** Client's Store/s, with no obligation to refund of any amount whatsoever. All associated legal costs will be incurred by *** Client." 

    As we wish to privately and professionally work with you to resolve this matter, we kindly suggest that you remove this claim/ comment prior to it being public information or you will not be eligible for any sort of refund/ compensation from the Company, further service(s) offered by the Company and the Company will seek legal action against you for breach of contract and other damages.     I am rejecting this response because: although the company reached out January 21st saying they want to figure out a solution they have failed to be in contact with me since.i followd up numerous times and even tried to scedule a day/time to have a phone call and no response. My last response was threating of "slander" because i reported the comapny. I have not be in contact with this company since July 14th and i believe the only reason they reached out was because I reported them.
