    Purchased an e wheels scooter medical from scooter supermarket on 9/10/22. They are a scooter dealership that sells e wheels scooters. After assembling it the basket broke. I also noticed that the balance wheels in the back were bent and the front wheels wobbled making it feel unsteady. I emailed and called several times and was promised someone would get back in touch twice, no one did.First let me say that I didn't order the model they sent me. I ordered the ***M34 medical. I received the deluxe model with base lights which I told ************ didn't want. He took it upon himself to send the deluxe.Delivered 9/16/22 first emailed ***** with my complaint 9/18/22 Spoke to **** 10/4/22 was promised someone would call me back. No one ever did.I have tried numerous times to call to no avail.calls: 9/17/22, 10/2/22, 10/3/22, 10/4/22 (spoke to ****)Call 2x 10/11/22 Spoke to **** again and was hung up on.I have cancer and after 2 surgeries and 4 rounds of treatments it makes it difficult to walk and the side effects are crippling. I need the scooter to get around. I decided I would try using it in my hallway but the clicking sounds it makes are horrible. It sounds like plastic breaking. I was told over the phone that if I decided I didn't want it that I would have to pay to return it but nothing was mentioned about it being defective. I have been trying to get results since 9/10/22.I am a senior living with cancer on a fixed income and do not have money to purchase another scooter. Had I been aware of the return policy regarding defective scooters I surely would not have bought this from this company. They did send me a replacement basket and balance wheels that are covered under the warranty I paid for but they are useless without a functional scooter. Cost $968.00 I would like to add that this address is a post office box.
