    was told scooter would arrive ready to ride, they could put it in her garage, I had her car moved by a friend I told salesman she was 85 and lived alone,, . Salesman denied ever saying any of it, lied said he never said no such thing,,,even told me they would show her how to operate ,now i'm learning after reading up it needs charged to ride as well . its in a crate outside her house My mother will have to hire another service to come out to her house to uncrate and store inside garage its now sitting out in the weather getting messed up, If i was told these things when i asked i could have had people there and been expecting it, Not cool at all.

    Received purchased scooter 04/13/2023@ 4:37 damaged. E-mailed scooter with photos and damage by 5pm. and was told I would have to go thorough manufacturer to repair it. money lost. poor customer service. unrepairable. Now scooter supermarket wants us to pay for shipping and restocking fees. Don't ever purchase anything products from them
