    We signed a contract to install an electrical solar system Sept 2023 with 60 days to have the job complete. During the prep things were going okay but once it came to installation communicate was very slow but eventually we were contacted and installation was scheduled and performed on 20-Dec-2023 (payment collected later the same day) - they said about 2 to 3 weeks and we would get inspections/NV energy to enable the system. Now we are in March 2024 and the system is not operational and we cannot get a response from Sunvolt. In mid-January, after many attempts to contact Sunvolt we were told that inspection did not pass and they need to replace a part/update plans - promised that week (not sure if this was completed as we cannot get a response). Sunvolt never answers phones or texts and emails bounce back; they do not return voicemail messages (they are prompt on calling when payments are required and when they are ready to schedule - which is fine, we just want the same service when we contact Sunvolt to get status and complete the job). We just want to get a response, finish the job, and have the system properly working. Since payment is made and the system is not operational every month we are losing ~$75 of electrical production/time value of money paid. Sunvolt needs to provide updates/communication within 1-2 business days and should reimbursement customers for the time waiting for the system to produce energy once installed/paid if they cannot complete as per agreed timeframe.

    Sunbolt in ********* does not answer phones or emails, we have tried and no response, we have been paying valley electric and the financing company and this is not what we signed up for. Also we need sun blot to check out panels we do not think they are working properly and still no response and when we call finance co they are no help. I feel like we have been scammed for over priced panels and we have been lied to and what good it it to have a warranty on this if no one answers the phone? This isnt right. I wanted to let others know do not trust this company.

    We have had the solar panels installed for a year now. We had a leak under the panels and they came out and fixed it. We had a roofing company come out for a completely different part of the roof. While they were on the roof they noticed that there was a part of the ridge cap missing and one of the pipes going through the roof was not sealed. This coincided with a leak in one of our bedrooms. We reached out to ******* and he said that he could put us on the schedule for next week. This was the first week of February when we were expecting storms for the next few days. Since the roofers were already on the roof we had them fix and seal what was wrong. It cost us $125.00. We sent the receipt to ******* and now hes not responding to any calls from us. We just want our reimbursement for what we had to have fixed before we had a much bigger leak.

    The company was sub contracted to upgrade my main electrical panel. Did a very poor job and mounted it over some existing siding. Panel did not sit flush. They eventually fixed the mounting problem but still did a very poor job on replacing the siding they broke and the trim they installed around the panel. Using OSB to replace tile and as trim around the top. It is very unsightly and will not hold up.

    The company is harassing ** to pay a sum that we are not responsible for. They are trying to intimidate ** into paying for services and products never delivered.

    My problem is that when I applied with Sun Volt everything was fine until I had a personal problem and I had to cancel, they said there was no problem and now they send me emails, phone calls and text messages saying that how can I not terminate the 30 year contract with them. They are charging me over $******* for material that they bought for me and that is not possible because I can cancel when I feel like it, if my roof still doesn't have any of their solar panels and I don't know what I am going to do without panels and with such a big debt. PEOPLE, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS SCAM COMPANIES SO THAT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU.

    SunVolt and the owner ****** are a total scam. They don't do what they say, never show up when they say they will and haven't completed work after over 13 months. A project that the contract said should take ***** days is now 400 days and not complete. Multiple failed inspections with *********, multiple failed inspections with NVE and paperwork wrong many other times. Terrible quality work for what was done. I had to have them redo all the cabling and conduit because of poor work ************ the owner (******) doesn't reply to emails, texts or calls. How can this company warranty anything if they can't even complete the work.Filed complaint with NV **************** as well as there are now serious safety concerns. Do NOT use this company, do NOT pay this company anything, do NOT sign any contract from this company.

    Hello, I understand your frustration with the timeline as this project has been a learning curve for us. We explained this in the beginning. As of now, all inspections have been passed and we have received PTO (Permission to Operate) from the utility company. We made the changes as per your request for cables and pipe work. Please understand that as a small business, when a client refuses to pay what was discussed in the contract and within the agreed timeline, the business needs to complete other jobs to maintain cash flow. We believe this is one of the reasons for the extended time, along with other factors.
    However, we are scheduled to go on-site today with your confirmation for 06/14. We have not yet received payment to ensure your satisfaction.

    Yes that is correct ****** does answer the phone. The previous statement is of course incorrect, the project is not done as parts are missing that were "checked" months ago. So yet again nothing was actually checked or done when said it was. System is NOT running and no date of when it will be running. Now waiting on a part to try again. No promise techs will even come out once the part arrives. After NVE approved waited more than a week to have a tech come out.

    These are the promises we have been hearing for over a year. The system was "a week" away from being running in December, January and February. It's now June and likely system won't be running until July.

    ****** the owner of the company that has made many promises will not answer phone or return texts.

    No payment has been requested so not possible to deny payment. ****** said we would not pay anything further because of these issues. Also made further promises to expand battery by 2 units. It was clear the penalties for late delivery and agreed by ******. Just based on that alone there would be nothing due.

    I appreciate the problem but the characterization is not fair or accurate based on the actual facts.

    Construction contract was with Alpha and Omega Energy Service DBA **************. Installer was Sunvolt. System was installed in Mid Jan 2022. Got a call a few weeks later saying system wasn't working, and the inverter was replaced. Solar never started working from time of install until approx Oct 2022. Complaints started in early May, when I noticed a friend's power bill had green input, and mine never had. I initially thought I was a victim of a scam as my energy bills actually went up after solar installation. So, for about 10 months I had no solar power, was paying high bills to ** energy, loan payments, and loan interest for the solar. Not to mention the time and frustration of trying to deal with this for over a year!

    09/30/22 I live in a h.o.a. I asked them to do the hoa arc paper work first so I can see what happens what they want they didn't do that they took **** usd from me I can't get insurance for the roof as the hoa wanted so I told sunvolt to stop the process so they just returned ******* to me I got ripped off

    I apologize if you feel negative about your solar experience. There is nothing we can do about full reimbursement since there was a signed contract that authorized us to start working. Unfortunately your reimbursement could not be your full amount because it was time and money already spent on your project that you decided to cancel. Over the phone you agreed and understood why the full amount was not able to be returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: i asked before anything was done to do the hoa paper work first ! as i did not know what was the septs they wanted . but sun volt or *** the solor guy did not do what i ask . i even e mail your girl in the office about this . the hoa wants me to insure the roof for 250 thousand $ but my insurance ** will not do this you can keep ****** for your paper work that you did pls refund me
