    I had gotten the MIQROC at my local Trulieve on 05/08/2023. I tried it out with some flower I purchased the day I got it but it wasnt producing any vapor or flavor although it was getting extremely hot. I decided to try again with my next purchase of flower thinking perhaps it was just the flower I had wasnt very dense or able to be vaporized easily. Well I tried the new flower and the same thing.. no flavor or vapor just got hot. I decided to take it into the dispensary and they recommended me to reach out to DaVinci as they said it seems to be a defective device. The district manager said he has one and his doesnt do this. So I reached out on 05/19/2023 to DaVinci about this which video evidence and it took them a decent bit to even initiate a replacement which I was told on 05/31/2023 would be getting sent out soon to me. Then on 06/06/2023 I got an email my ticket was being closed so I replied to it that day and was told on 06/08/2023 my order hadnt processed and that they had went ahead and pushed it threw and I should get an email in 24 hours. Well here I am 4 days later without any email or anything and its now been a month since Ive had the defective device!

    I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted them notifying them I did not get tracking or the device yet until I messaged in. Its been over a month now! If you review my emails you will see how poorly Ive been treated

    The customer purchased a device from a local dispensary. The customer stated that they had used the device, however, was not receiving any vapor. The customer took the item back to the dispensary, where an unqualified worker deemed it as defective. We asked the customer to send it in for repair and they refused. We asked for a video to show the defect, which we received, but it wasn't sufficient to properly diagnose, but we accepted it and provided a replacement. Typically, the customer would send the device to us for evaluation, repair or replacement, but the customer refused. Therefore, we provided special consideration of their case and replaced the device at no cost to them. After sending the replacement device with **** Tracking 9405509109563006518167, the customer stated that they did not receive it, but the tracking indicates that it was delivered on June 12th. **** oftentimes marks a package as delivered, but it doesn't actually get delivered for a few days. Nevertheless, to ensure the customer was satisfied, we've created a second replacement order, at DaVinci's expense, with an expedited shipping method on 6/21/2023.

    For black Friday/Cyber Monday business ran a variety of deals advertised prominently to be sitewide, however, the very first item which the banner link directs to cannot have those coupon codes applied. When contacted support more or less said, false advertising? Too bad so sad.

    Customer ***************************** has reached out to DaVinci on 11/30/2022 expressing his feedback. He received our apologizes for the confusion along with a discount offer that brought the price from $499 to $392.70. At the time, the customer was satisfied with the outcome.
