      On Thursday March 28th 2024 I dropped my sons iPad off to be repaired. They told me it would be a $35.00 diagnostic fee. Which I paid . They told me they would call me and tell me what was wrong . I heard both from them when I called . I had to have my wife call from a land *** on them did they pick up on Saturday March 30th . They said they would call back . When they did they stated it was broke and couldnt repair it . Thats fine I would like my iPad back . They stated they would be open on Monday April 1st . I called that day and showed up twice. They did not answer or open . I have visited the store every day and since then its remained closed . They will not answer my phone when seeing my phone number all week . All Im trying to figure out what is going with this place and trying retrieve my sons iPad back .
