      I made a purchase in the amount of $1,355.57 at Coltan electronics on November 5th, 2023. I never received what I payed for even though they said it was delivered on November 18th. I have a door bell camera and there is nothing on it from that day. I also never signed anything from a delivery driver which I would have had to of done since the purchase was so expensive. I am extremely upset about this matter and after doing some research, there are countless complaints about the same problem of customers never recieving what they paid for. My credit card company also closed my dispute saying Coltan electronics said it was delivered and it never was. I am extremely upset at this point because that is a lot of money to be scammed out of. What do I need to do to start a legal process to get my money back?

      Purchased two massage chairs on August 21 2023 and canceled the order on August 22 2023 when the store opened. Spoke to their manage and he verbally said that there is always a work around because they said there was a sign that said no refunds and he would cancel the order. Very high pressure wouldnt let us leave the store when we wanted to leave. After 2 + hours we caved and bought the chairs. We are very senior citizens and got talked into the transaction saying we could cancel if we wanted wont credit our charge and have not received the merchandise with them saying we took the 800 pound chairs with us while flying home
