    Ordered a unit from them on 10/18/2024 it was $217.62 total. Got it in and saw we couldnt use it so i contacted sales and we purchased a different unit and I was told i can send the item back I included all the *** paperwork and even used the same box it came in and it was delivered and signed for 11/27/24 tracking # 1ZF187A74292720387 I have been calling them and emailing them almost daily. When you call their 800# no one ever answers and you get stuffed into a voicemail. I got one call back from a sales person who left me a message stating the *** will refund my money but that was over a week ago. This was done on my personal card and they have their stuff back I just want a refund.

    After calling them several times and hitting 0 because i was getting directed to a random mailbox when you call their main line, I was able to reach accounting , leave a message and they FINALLY returned my money less shipping
