    On 8/17/2024 I made a bundled purchase from a vendor at the *************** in **********, ****. I received 2 screen magnifiers, 2 wireless speakers, 2 wireless headphones, and a mini projector for which I paid $1,685.70 on a MasterCard. I was informed that I would receive an emailed receipt and was led to believe it would be from the personal email of the salesman running the company out of his ***************** I informed him I didn't get an emailed receipt, but I did get a link in a text message that took me to the receipt at Hg enterprise website for an Hg Enterprise Square Up receipt. There is also an email of ******************************** on the receipt. I went to the BELINK website (the manufacture of these items) at ********************************** and there is mention of a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee at *************************************. There is a Contact Us link at ********************************** where I attempted to submit a form asking about this, but the "Submit Now" button wasn't responsive. So, I emailed to ******************************** on 8/31/2024 with an attachment of my receipt. I have not received a response and I'm concerned they may be ignoring me until the return window closes. I have no telephone number for them.
