    Purchased a charging case for $108.36 from Pro Tech at the ********************, Oct 23. The salesman said I had a lifetime warranty and never mentioned to me that product was non refundable. Took it home and plugged in to charge and it would not charge. It actually would use up my phone more quickly than normal then would not recharge.Took it back to the Fair on Sat Oct 26 and he said the charger entry was bent so he could not take back, and it was useless to him for resale so he would not give refund to my husband.I then communicated to the warranty company trying to get replacement and actually paid additional $30 shipping to get another one since the one I was sold never worked.After sending them pictures of my phone and the cover, they said they do not sell covers for Galaxy phones and I should not be using this cover. All I wanted was for me to return their useless charger and them return my money. I believe it was a scam and false advertising because they sold me something I cannot use on my phone.

    This is also the problem I am having with this company and that are not responding to me.  I purchased the charger with a warranty.  And the warranty company will not provide me with a working charger because the company sold me a product that does not work with my phone.  I am just trying to get a refund.

    On April 20th, I met Pro Tech LLC at the Healthcare Information and ******************************************** where they were selling a few items from their booth. One of the items they were selling was this MK **** Mini Projector, it can be found here:************************************************************* only had one left, and it was a demo unit. With that in mind, I bargained with them to get a good deal to purchase the demo unit. The reps from Pro Tech LLC assured me that if I had any issues, I would be able to get life time warranty support from them. We settled on a purchase price of $899.99 and I paid a *****% sales tax to add another $75.37 to total the purchase at $975.36 When I got home a few days later, I began to test the projector as I was excited to begin using it. Sadly, the device did not at all function in the way it was marketed. One of the most exciting features as listed on the website for the device is: "Enjoy the great shocking and vivid sound. Built-in 2.4G/5.8G Dual Wifi, fastly and smoothly mirror your smart phone to the projector via iOS Airplay/Android Happy cast/DLNA. Even if under no-wifi environment, the mirroring function is still available." When I spoke to the reps at Pro Tech LLC during the conference, they assured me this feature was seamless and efficient. However, If I try to screen share from my phone, the it takes 3-5 seconds for the projector to catch up to the most recent click from my iPhone. Yes I'm connected on both devices on the same network, yes the signal is extremely strong. Also, if I go to ********** on my phone while screensharing and attempt to play live TV, the signal just stays blank on the screen. If I stop screensharing and play ********** through my phone, the signal initiates immediately and I have no problems whatsoever.All in all, I reported this issue and many more to one of the reps named *** who can be reached via phone at ************. The company refuses to refund me.

    To whom it may concern,

    We are sorry to hear that despite all the efforts to solve the issue with ************************* still didnt earn his satisfaction.Delivering the high-quality items our customers expect is important to us. I apologize that in this case we fell short.

    Unfortunately, company policy clearly states that all sales are final and nonrefundable.  If you are unsatisfied with our product, we will exchange it within the 7-day time frame.

    While we cannot issue a refund as per our policy. We gladly processed an exchange. Regardless of the customer sending us back the projector with missing items, we still processed the exchange and sent the customer a brand new projector for the price of a demo one with no extra charge to him. As well as a complementary gift of headphone set with a retail price of $500 as stated on our website.

    Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know how else I can help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Yes, my projector was swapped with a new one which was replaced via warranty coverage. I got another projector with the same poor functionality as the first one. Yes I forgot to send back the projector when I sent that first projector back, I offered to return the tripod stand when I spoke to the vendor. Yes I was given a complimentary set of headphones. I did not ask for these, these were sent as a gift to mask the frustration I had as we both know how poor quality this projector is. What you are failing to understand here is that the projector does not perform as advertised. You can provide me ******************** place of the first piece of junk I got, I know that none of them will operate in the manner in which you market them to function. A subjective dissatisfaction that I have is the battery life. In my opinion, its sub-par, less than two hours. I dont like that, there is my one subjective complaint. More imporatntly, below are the specifications of the product:

    "Fastly and smoothly mirror your smart phone to the projector" - This function is a complete lie. I tried on several occasions via the new and old projector to mirrors my phone via i** airplay along with the mirrors apps available on the projector. If it projects, there is a delay, i could make 4 clicks on my phone before the projector catches up to project what I am looking at on my phone. If i play a video on ******* by mirroring from my phone to the projector, I hear sounds twice like there is an echo. The projector plays two different sound loops and again the video lags. If I log onto ********** while trying to mirror from my phone to the projector, this is not possible. Before I try, I login to ********** on my phone, I then select a live channel I would like to watch. When I go to mirror the now live streaming video from my phone to the projector, the video simply goes blank and a circle spins in the image that the projector is shining onto my wall. I have left this run for more than 20 minutes in hopes the video would finally play and it does not. 

    I have downloaded ******* TV onto both projectors also. I logged into the application on the projector and attempted to watch live TV. The same thing happens as when I try to play it from my phone and mirror the video through airplay, the projector simply projects a black box with a loading circle in the middle of the screen and maybe the title of the channel. It does not matter how long I let it load for, a video will not play. 

    The website tells you that the monitor has the capability of "automatic and manual trapezoid correction", this is to help the projector display an image onto a wall at a perfect rectangular angle even if the projector is not directly facing the wall. This does not work on the new and or the old projector I have. I have tried to follow the manual to adjust, I have played with the projector itself and I have adjusted every available setting within the ** to make this work. IT DOES NOT WORK. 

    I am not happy because you marketed a product that is supposed to do x, y & z. It does none of those things. For the things it does do "as advertised" it does them very poorly. This product is not only a scam, but was a massive waste of my money and I am extremely displeased by this companies continued ignorance as I am sure many others who may have purchased this product through you are displeased as well. 

    The Objective findings are those that should be examined. The subjective ones are also dissatisfactory but this is ridiculous. The companies customer service "department" is run out of an employees home, it took nearly 2.5 weeks to have the product warrantied, and I had to pay for the shipping to have it returned to the employees home. This is not a good business model.
