After jumping through the hoops to get my notarized form 1583, I finally got my account and suite number assigned on October 25. The payment method I had set up was with my ****** debit card. Because ****** changed their policy on how debit cards were going to be used, I decided to cancel my ****** debit card prior to the first payment to Physical Address. Apparently, ****** said I "refuted" the payment, and Physical Address canceled my account on the spot. They NEVER contacted me or reached out to me for an alternate payment source... they just closed my account and gave my suite number to someone else. They never even contacted me to tell me my account had been closed. I went to log in to my Physical Address account and the error message said my account was not active. I called the home office for Physical Address and spoke with Nicole - the supervisor. She was absolutely unwilling to do anything to help me get this situation resolved. She just kept telling me it was my fault because ****** said I "refuted" the payment and that was good enough for them to cancel my account - Again... without even letting me know or providing an alternative form of payment. I simply can't imagine how they think that is a good way of doing business. The concept of the business is very good... and the cost is very good. But, the lack of communication or desire to solve the situation is unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, I would like to clarify what happened in this situation. There is a difference between a declined payment and a revocation of authorization for a payment. When a payment is declined, we will send out multiple emails and give clients 60 days (about 2 months) to add a new payment method to their account before we act on it. However, when a payment authorization has been revoked, which can only be done by a person directly through either PayPal or their financial institution, we do not receive notification that this action has been taken until we attempt to process their payment. Since this action can only be taken by the account holder, we operate under the presumption that the client no longer wants the account and cancel it as there is not an alternative active payment method available. We have had numerous clients cancel their accounts using this method over the 10+ years we have been in business. Additionally, we never received any notification from this client regarding adding a new method to his account or that the current method he had was no longer valid. If we had received notification from him, we would have kept the account active while we waited for a new payment method to be added. As we did not know he no longer was using ******, we did not know to reach out to him to find out why he revoked the payment authorization. Additionally, he claims he cancelled his PayPal account before his first payment with us, however, as you can see below, we were able to process 3 payments before he revoked the payment authorization. *************** 12/21/2023 $9.98 SALE DECLINED ******* ********* *************** 11/21/2023 $9.98 SALE APPROVED ********* ******* **************** 10/21/2023 $9.98 SALE APPROVED ******* ********* **************** 09/21/2023 $9.98 SALE APPROVED ****** **********  We made several attempts to rectify this, however, the client declined each one.

Great service. Great locations. There are delays with getting mail, but when I've called about, they have assured me its the delivery, not the processing causing them.

Hey Brittany, I am sorry that you felt this way. I know we have previously dealt with this issue on other review platforms, including another BBB page. As the USPS does not accept a social security card as a valid form of ID to complete the PS 1583 form, we would never, and have never asked a client for this document.
