On November 25th 2022, I spent ***** USD on buying online courses on Architect Exam Prep LLC (AEP). After the purchase, AEP sent me a link to download the course. However, this link will only allows you to download material within 24 hours. If your downloading time is later than 24 hours of your purchase time, AEP will charge you another 294 USD just for sending you another download link which also only gives you 24 hours to download. Before I bought it, AEP never said they would only send you a download link for such a short period of time, nor did they say that it would cost so much money to reapply for a download link. Even if after I got the download link, I didn't see anywhere in their email says that re-apply a download link needs to be charged 294 USD. Furthermore, AEP made this recharging policy on Jan 1st 2023. But my purchase time is earlier than this effective time, meaning there was no this policy when I purchased the course. So how could they apply this policy on my purchase? My purchase is for perpetual access to the courses, so I can download them whenever I want. Even if the download link expires, the customer should not be charged a new fee. Especially compared with the original purchase fee, the new cost of reapplying for a download link is unreasonably high.

Candidate purchased on November 25, 2022 and was sent a link to download the files. We delivered the product. If candidate would like to redownload the files, there is a fee associated with that as we are not in the file storage business.
