    After being required to pay in full the supposedly uninsured amount for my wife's procedure in advance for a root canal, this office purposely overcharges even after knowing exactly what insurance will pay. The payment was $225 when it should have been $175. The root canal was completed in late April. Our EOB was sent to us from ******* on May 14.. We have made a number of calls requesting a refund check which has produced no resolution. Plus this isn't the first time they used this overcharging method. They overcharged on her original exam the same way. Seems this must be a standard procedure.

    My payment was made by check #**** dated 4-2-24.  The amount was $215 not $225 as previously reported.  Amount owed to us is $40.
