    8 months ago we had this company install Solar Panels. The solar panels never worked. They told us they would come back to make the panels work and they never returned. The bank is now asking for payment but the panels have never worked.

My name is *****************************, and I am writing on behalf of Voltio, a company that worked with Axiom360 the company that installed solar panels at the residence of ******************************* approximately 8 months ago. We are reaching out to address a concerning customer complaint that we have been working diligently to resolve but have encountered significant challenges with the installer, Axiom360.

    We want to express our deep concern regarding ****************' unresolved issue. As a company that prides itself on delivering high-quality solar solutions and outstanding customer service, we are committed to ensuring that our customers' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

    Since being made aware of ****************' situation, we have been actively engaged in communication with Axiom to seek updates and find a resolution to the problem. Regrettably, despite our repeated efforts, we have experienced difficulties in obtaining the necessary updates and cooperation from Axiom360, they have only told us that they've been in contact with the *****************

    We understand the frustration and stress **************** must be facing due to the non-functional solar panels and the bank's request for payment. Please be assured that we take this matter very seriously, and we are eager to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

    We kindly suggest that **************** reaches out to Axiom360 at ************ as they will provide the proper update only to him the Homeowner and that way the installer will provide a better response on fixing the solar panel system.

    We are confident that with your intervention, we can bring about a swift resolution to this issue and ensure ****************' solar system is functioning correctly. We remain committed to cooperating with both **************** and Axiom to achieve this outcome.

    Since the inception of the project, we have encountered several challenges that have impacted its progress. Throughout this period, we have made continuous efforts to maintain open lines of communication with Axiom in order to ensure that the project remains on track and any obstacles are effectively addressed. Regrettably, we have encountered difficulties in this endeavor.
    We understand the importance of direct communication with Axiom in order to obtain timely updates and ensure a smooth project flow. However, we have been informed by *****'s representatives that they would assume direct communication responsibilities with the client, thus bypassing our ability to directly contact them for project-related updates. This approach has hindered our ability to gain real-time insights into the project's status, causing delays and uncertainties.
    One particular matter that requires immediate attention is the pending Final Inspection date, which has remained unresolved for several months. We would like to emphasize that this delay is not within our control. Our understanding was that Axiom, the designated installer, would be responsible for executing the project as planned. Unfortunately, it appears that ***** has severed communication channels with us, using various means, which has further exacerbated the situation.
    We are deeply committed to the successful completion of the *************************** project, and we believe that cooperation and effective communication between all parties are crucial to achieving this goal. We kindly request your assistance in facilitating improved communication between Voltio Support and Axiom, as well as in resolving the outstanding issues, particularly the Final Inspection date. Also, we want to highlight that Axiom is the only responsible for guarantees and we are just the sales representatives.

    I had Solar Panels installed roughly 08/2022. Voltio & still not operating after 7 months.Before selling their solar panels, Voltio did not verify allowable solar energy output limits with local utility company (MID ******* Irrigation District)When attempting to get information from their representatives, poor ***************** as the customer have to follow up to get any status updates. Also have to keep checking on them to ensure project is moving along. Just looking for Voltio to follow up on me as a customer & ensure me they are moving the project along. Not receiving status updates cause uncertainty, especially with grace ****** expiring soon. We just want our solar panels to finally operate & so we can move forward with their solar panel services

    Hello, first of all we want to clarify we are the middle men between the installer and the Homeowner, now, we understand that the lack of updates from the installer, Axiom360, has caused frustration and uncertainty for you, as well for us. We want to make it clear that we have been in contact with Axiom360 on your behalf and we request updates on the status of your solar panels almost everyday. Unfortunately, it appears that Axiom360 has been failing to provide you and us with proper updates and communication.

    We would like to assure you that we will continue to follow up with Axiom360 and push for timely updates on your project. We understand how important it is for you to have regular communication and transparency, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that this is provided to you.

    Im sorry but there has been a lack for f communication & transpiran y from Voltio. Especially denying responsibility, mainly while being the original party that started my solar project. Poor customer service all around. I had to start a group message with all parties to maintain communication. Please forward any correspondence you have had with me and all parties since summer 2022. Prove your communications, I know it will be nominal

    Date: 10/21/2022 Amount: $54,510 Home Improvement Loan was opened after I declined to accept solar panel project. I contacted salesman ***** from ********, ** ************ who wrote me the attached letter indicating project was canceled. He indicated he would inform the bank to remove this account from my credit report. False promise. I have disputed this account with credit reporting agency multiple times but it has come back as accurate which is obviously not.Bottom line: a loan was funded in my name without my knowledge. I did not have solar panels installed. I request who ever received the money to return to bank so that this account can be removed from my credit report. The same loan is under two names: ******** and ************* I have attached screenshots for your review.
