    I purchased 3 gift cards for $150 each on July 6th , 2023 on **********************************************. (order numbers **************, ************** and **************.) I gifted them and when one of the person tried using them, she was told she could not use the gift cards for food purchases in the theater, only for the movie ticket payment. The theater website does not mention this limitation when purchasing their gift cards in their website. Normally other theaters, e.g. **** IPIC, CMX, all allow their gift cards to be used for food purchase as well as ticket purchase. Why would Art **** be different and not say that expressly on their website. I purchased them under the assumption that the $150 could be used for tickets and food. I have emailed the theater 3 times, contacted them via the chat feature on their website and called on the phone 2 times where I finally got to speak to someone who told me she didn't know how it works and was escalating it to her superior so they could contact me. I never have received an email or a call. So at this point I'm bringing to your attention hoping you can help me resolve this and obtain a refund since their sale was misleading when they don't provide the limitations on the purchase.

    I just checked my credit card statement and they have not refunded me as they said they were going to do.
