    I hired TB Construction back in March 2022 to remove and install new drains around my pool, apply stain and sealer to the entire concrete area at my patio. I paid approx $3840.00.

    When the project was completed, I immediately noticed that there was a white powdery residue covering the entire patio area where they applied stain and sealer. When they tried to "wash" it off, it still dried with a white residue. Irvin (owner) said he would check with the manufacturer. He never got back to me and the problem has gotten worse. The stain/sealer is now starting to peel.

    It should be noted that when they applied the stain/sealer, they over sprayed into my pool creating an "oil slick" on the water. It took me 3 weeks and hundred of dollars to fix...they did nothing to resolve the problem. It should also be noted that they stored a spray canister of stain/sealer in my garage. Because it gave off an odor, I moved it outside on the driveway. The contents exploded and discolored my driveway. Their attempt to power wash it off failed.

    I have made numerous attempts since they completed the work and got fully paid, to get ***** to fix the problem he created, but he has ignored my phone calls, texts or voicemails. Since there is no fix, other than redoing the entire job, I would like my money back (or at least a percentage of it). I could never have them come back and redo the entire job as I do no have any trust in their ability.

    I really believed in Irvin and his brother to do a professional job and be there for me if a problem arose. They are nice people, but should not be in business if this is the way he treats his clients.

    I filed a complaint with the ************************ and have a meeting with their inspector and TB Construction on Friday, August 26th.

    I also filed a complaint with ****'s List.

    In the meantime, why have you given TB Construction and additional week to respond to you? Originally, your letter stated they must respond by Aug 24th, now it says Sept 4th.

    Regardless of the other avenues I have reached out to , I want the BBB to get more involved...give TB Construction an F rating for not responding to you..something....
