    PFS is truly a special place. Instructors and students form real, healthy relationships and find communion in dancing, staying active and having fun! The variety of classes and experience provided is unmatched.

    I was very intimidated to start pole again after a 3 year break. I had lost all my strength and I was a little chubby. My husband (bf at the time) pushed me to go and try. It takes a little time to find the classes and teachers you jive with but after that expect the weight to melt off, make friends, gain confidence, and never have to step foot in a gym again! Pole is all I do and I'm in the best shape of my life. I despise gyms, and feel great about supporting a small local business. (The owner very much cares for her business and is one of the friendliest people I've ever met). Like almost everyone, this is the only membership I consistently use, because I WANT to go. Consistency is key to getting in better shape. There are all ages, shapes and sizes going to each class so don't be intimidated and put it off like I did. There is nothing to be scared of!

    The most fantastic studio in Las Vegas! There are a million classes - besides the many Pole classes, there are aerial arts classes (hoop, fabric, and aerial pole) Latin dancing, yoga, self-defense, flexibility, vertical barre, mobility, the list goes on and on. You must come and try this studio - I know a lot of studios claim to be the best studio in town, but Pole Fitness is truly the best studio in Las Vegas. The instructors are fantastic and everyone is like family here - all welcome and never any judgment on skill level.

    Best instruction and all done in a safe and clean environment. Fawnia and her crew is instructors takes the time not only to teach the fundamental but also to remind students to warm up in order to prevent injury. The music, atmosphere and lights also provide the right vibes! Love the Pole Fitness Studio!
