    I started a membership at the West Lake **** location of Anytime Fitness last year. I was charged $35 a month and did a contract with that location. One night I was going to the gym and the doors were locked with a sign on the door saying we are closed. I had zero notice about this happening from them. I was very upset. After a week I got a phone call from a worker named ****** at another Anytime Fitness location. She said I would not be charged until May and would be locked into my original $35 a month rate for the inconvenience if I stayed a customer. Because this location was $55 a month. I only agreed to the deal because she said I could cancel in May if I didn't like the new gym. I wasn't getting charged until May and the rates are the same. The new Gym is 20 min drive from my place. I drive past 3 gyms that have cheaper rates. But I gave them a chance. That same month I get billed from Anytime Fitness for $55. So, they lied to me twice. And closed a gym on me with zero notice. So, I immediately had Chase block them. And I called the payment center hotline. She said I have to cancel the contract at the gym, and they can't help. I called the Gym back twice and left voicemails. I emailed them at the store location and even tried to text that worker ****** back, but I think she got fired or quit. I have not had anyone reach back to me in over a week now. What terrible service. I've been lied to, ignored, and had my rates changed behind my back. I want to cancel ASAP. I will return the fab and they can keep the deposit as long as they stop wrongfully charging me and hurting my credit. please help thank you

    Here is the address and info for the Anytime Fitness location that I got transferred to after the ****************** closed on me unannounced.

    *****************************************************************************;
    **************

    This was the location given to me from their payment center. When I spoke on the phone with them trying to cancel. I keep getting phone calls from *****. With people claiming they work for Anytime fitness, and they keep asking me for my banking info. I don't trust anyone from the Anytime fitness or claiming to be them at this time. But originally someone from an unknown number ************** named *********************** called me from *** fitness solutions claiming to work for them. I get calls from ********, ********, *****, ****, and more all claiming to be this, ***********************. Does she live in five states?  How come no one from the store in ***** called me? Just looks really fishy and unprofessional.

    Thank you for your help
