    Owner, ***************************** sold me carpet on 1/10/2022 for $14,300.00. She Had me apply for credit with Synchrony. ********************* informed me that the carpet would arrive in 4-6 months. I called multiple times which she did not return calls, causing me to drop her store to talk to her. She always had an excuse like she had been in multiple car accidents or had Covid. She told me the carpet still had not arrive and should be here in Aug, 2022. In Augs, she told me the carpet had arrived and was in her warehouse. I needed more carpet for my stairs and purchased an additional carpet for $3,665, on 8/12/2022. I believed she was telling me the truth and that her team would install all of the carpet at the same time once the new carpet arrived since it was in stock. ********************** then stated carpet would be in within 4-6 weeks. I once again began to call her and txt in Oct because I was starting a remodel in my bathroom. Again, I stopped by her shop. She told me she would hold on to the carpet until after all demolition had been completed. Demolition took 2 weeks, I stopped in Nov to get an installation date and was told she would work on a date because she had been sick and her guy was busy. I stopped by again in Nov after Thanksgiving and was given 12/13/2022 and 12/26/2022 as installation dates because that was the best she could offer due to the Holidays. I began trying to contact ********************** a few days before 12/13 to get a time for installation. To date I have not received the carpet and ******************* has not returned calls or txts and it appears her store is closed.

    On 11/5/22 we made a $4656 deposit for ~**** sqft of engineered floor and installation. On 11/25/22 we contacted ***************************** to check on status - with no response. After several more attempts, ***** responded she would check, but we received no further updates. On 12/13/22 we went by the store to check on the status, only to find the store cleared out. The landlord was there and said they had "skipped out" owing him back rent.All we really want is the $4656 they have taken from us.

    October 20, 2022 I entered into what I thought was a contract agreement with Floors ETC to have new flooring installed in my home. October 21, 2022 they cashed my check of $7,592 and have not installed my floors, will not return calls, texts, and will not refund my money. These individuals do not have a contracting license which means they illegally entered into a contract with me and are preying on consumers. Please get my money refunded and shut this business down.

    I entered into a contract with Floors, Ect. on July 17, 2022 for them to move my furniture, do demo of current flooring, and install new vinyl floors and baseboards for $13,600. I signed up for a promotion interest free with ************** for 0% interest x 18 months. We originally set a date for September 6, 2022. However, due to getting the run around from the owner and lack of communication as to whether or not this was going to actually happen I filed a dispute of this purchase approximately 1 week before that time because I didn't feel comfortable making a payment on something I have not received. First payment was due on August 28, 2022. The dispute was unsuccessful due to the bank siding with merchant because I signed a contract. I then went back to the merchant to discuss a reasonable time frame to get this done and the nonsense started back up with inconsistent communication. So I disputed this again with the same outcome. I have 60 plus text messages to prove and will attach a letter with chronological of what other conversations with the owners assistant.

    On 7/30/2022 I entered into an agreement for carpet purchase and installation, and our expected install date was prior to 8/17/2022. I received a call on X from the business asking if it would be possible for us to move our date to a later time, I agreed to 9/9/2022 with a discount of $175 for the inconvenience. On 9/8 I contacted the business to find out what time to expect the installers and the business said they "made a mistake" and we weren't on the schedule for that date, but that they would put a rush on it to get done before 9/19. On Tuesday 9/13 the business contacted me saying they were trying to schedule me for 9/17 but there was no follow-up. So I again contacted the business on 9/16 for an update and they said "still not scheduled". On 9/17, I again asked for an update and still I have received no reply as of 9/19. I want a full refund as I have no carpet and they are no treating me professionally, I feel like they have just taken my money and I'm never getting this carpet.
