    We purchased our flooring through ***** & *****, and based on their recommendation, we hired Silver State Flooring for the installation. At first, everything looked great — the floors were beautiful. But not long after, we started noticing persistent popping and creaking noises throughout the space.
    Silver State Flooring did make multiple attempts to fix the issue, but unfortunately, the problem never went away. Despite repeated assurances that they would resolve it, they eventually stopped responding altogether, leaving us stuck with a $18,000 flooring job that continues to have issues.
    What’s been most disappointing is their lack of follow-through and accountability. Rather than truly addressing the root cause, they chose to walk away.
    ***** & ***** has since recommended hiring a flooring inspector to assess the installation, which might have helped if it had been done earlier. This whole situation could have been managed far more professionally from the start.
    I strongly urge anyone considering Silver State Flooring to proceed with caution and explore all your options before hiring an installer. What seems like a good partnership at first may not hold up when real issues arise.
