    Having a problem with the build of my trailer the water tank was leaking brought it back again because the tank burst spoke to owners of Vegas custom food trucks they told me they will pencil me in for repairs been over 7 months no response from calls emails etc also the circuit breaker panel was put behind sink of trailer we don't have access to the panel also grill greese pans were cut too small and cannot hold grease. the trailer was built very sloppy and must be repaired hopefully the BBB can help me remedy these major problems.we will be contacting Clark county courts to file suit

    This customer needs a repair/replacement to a water tank that was fabricated in 2021. Our company does NOT offer lifetime warranty on our work and is not responsible for the wear and tear of items. Last we heard from this customer, he had moved out of state. Around May 24, 2023 we received messages on our Instagram page demanding a new water tank. This customer even threatened ** with legal action if we did not give him a free water tank. Normally, if a customer needs our attention he/she calls/emails/texts our office number until the matter is resolved. Usually, an appointment is scheduled to view the foodtruck/trailer and give an estimate of the work. This was not the case. This customer communicated his complaints through Instagram and demanded immediate attention, which is not possible as we operate on a schedule. 

    Once he called our office, our office manager tried to communicate how to go about his issue and he would not let our office manager speak. Our office manager has been working with us for almost a year and not once have we received phone calls regarding this matter. Otherwise, it would have been handled like any other repair we work on. 

    We are open Monday-Friday for estimates. Our office number is posted on numerous Instagram posts, our ****** page, and our business page. If this customer needs to make an appointment for ** to check out the damages and quote a repair, he can call our office and do so or book an appointment through our online booking, located on our website.
