    I ordered a couch from this company online and received confirmation for the order on March 19, 2022. It is order number VFMXXXXX and the amount is $2,903.95. A follow-up email was sent to me the same day stating I would receive a call in 1-5 days to schedule delivery. I never received a call and contacted the company via email on April 1, 2022. Alfonso contacted me about the order telling me they were trying to get the product to a warehouse for delivery. Emails between Alfonso and myself went on for number of weeks with several different reasons why there was a problem. He suggested we change our request to a different product. My wife and I were not interested in a different item. We grew tired of waiting for the couch we wanted and decided to cancel our order. I sent Alfonso an email requesting the status on June 1, 2022 but received no response from Alfonso. On June 7, 2022, we decided to cancel our order. It is difficult to talk to anyone on the phone. They want you to text, email or chat with them online. I texted them on June 7, 2022, and told them I was canceling the order. The person responded was named Jayne. She tried to have me order another item, but I told her not interested and said I wanted to cancel my order. She stated my order was canceled and I would receive an email confirmation within 7-14 business days and the bank would take about 5-7 days to post our refund. On June 29, 2022, 16 business days after cancelation, I sent a text message saying I had not received the confirmation email for the refund and did not receive any money in our bank account. Jayne responded back apologizing for the delay stating she would escalate to her supervisor. I would like to get our money returned. It is not complicated; it should have been refunded by now.

    I purchased a ******** Couch from ValYou on January 16, 2022. I was notified on January 18th that my item was a pre-order and will be back in stock on March 27th. On January 28th, I was assured that my item will be available March 2th. On April 5th, I emailed customer service to get an update on my order and ValYou could not provide me with a straight answer, but instead claimed that my item will now be available to me "in April or May." On May 7th, I received an email notification that my couch would arrive "soon." On June 2nd, I asked for an estimated delivery timeframe. Again, I was met with vague answers and inconsistent information. With insufficient communication and nebulous answers to my simple questions, I decided to cancel my order on June 7th 2022. I did not receive my refund and reached out to customer service to ask for written communication that my order was being cancelled and refunded. They finally sent my an email confirmation on June 13th. I was then told that it would be 7-14 business days for my refund to process since "they had switched to a new system." I have called, emailed, SMS messaged and communicated via chatbot with this company to only be met with "thank you for your patience" and bogus excuses for why my refund could not be processed. I was told my case was escalated and expedited but there was never any evidence of these actions. As of today, July 20th 2022, I still have not received my refund and have talked to several customer service representatives and managers. ValYou Furniture is an irresponsible business that handles its customers with a carelessness and nonchalant temperament. There is no communication except for ambiguous timelines and complete refusal to conduct business ethically. I cannot even be sure that they ever had the product in stock. And they already have hundreds of complaints and lawsuits from other customers. The business should not be allowed to continue.

    I purchase a couch from Valyou in February and was told it would be delivered at the end of April. May came and I received and email stating they were backed up and my couch was coming, I continued to receive these emails periodically until June when I was informed they did not have a date that my couch would be delivered and I could contact customer service to cancel my order or receive a different couch. I contacted customer service, canceled my order, and was told my refund would come in 7-14 business days. When day 14 arrived I still had no refund, I contacted the company again and was told there was transaction error when trying to issue my refund and as long as I didn't dispute with my bank they could issue my refund via paypal. I agreed to this and was assured my refund would come within 3-5 days. Well you guessed it still no refund, I contacted them on day 3 and they said it would be processed by the end of the week, which was day 5, still no refund. I contacted them on day 5, which was 7/22 (5 months after purchasing an $1800 couch), and they told me they were sorry that my refund had not arrived and I let them know I would be disputing this charge with my bank to which they again replied they were sorry. Now I get to go through the trouble of trying to recoup my money which will take even more time. The only reason I purchased this couch was because a friend of mine had purchased from them and had no issues whatsoever, but I should I researched and read these reviews before buying from them. I would advise against purchasing anything from this company.

    Valyou furniture processed my order on November 26th, 2021. The total of the order was $2631.02. They claimed it would take about 3 to 4 months to fulfill the order. After 4 months I continued getting emails that they were experiencing delays but were doing their best to process my order. After 7 months I reached out to them and stated that it was no longer acceptable. They said I could request an immediate refund, when I requested an immediate refund, they continued dragging it out and now they are claiming that the only way they can process the refund is to the original method of payment which is ******, but ****** has 180 refund policy. They are not returning my money.
