      I went to the location ************************** on Saturday 4/26/25 in the afternoon and purchased $14 on pump #6 my vehicle is clearly on pump #6 on the surveillance tapes the cashier put the gas on pump #2 and allowed another customer to steal my purchase I went into the store to try and find out why my gas wasnt put on pump #6 the cashier was acting shady and threw my receipt in the trash the transaction was on my debit card I asked the cashier whom I can speak to she referred me to the manager on 4/28/25 I contacted the manager whom laughed at me thought the situation was funny and said she would call me back she never did the next day I called the manager back and she continued acting shady I then contacted the corporate office whom stated I wanted the gas on pump #2 even though Im clearly on pump #6 in the surveillance tapes these individuals are crooks and I cant get my money back they need to be investigated I had to go to Arco a couple of minutes later to get gas because of these scammers

      The store is H3234363535363939**32H #** at *************************************************************************************. Phone ************ (Not sure why ******************************* is showing. Flamingo is NOT the store I'm identifying.)About 9/25/2022 I paid for the full-service automated carwash. While in the wash, I heard a dull "pop" sound near the front right/passenger side of my car. At the end of the wash cycle, I went to look at that area of my car, touching the side mirror to notice the side mirror is broken.I immediately advised the sales associate. He called store manager "Moon." He took photos of the mirror as instructed by ****. He gave me ****'s schedule, saying I need to come back and speak with her.I spoke with ****. She gave me an incident report to complete which I did at that time. She took photocopy of my sale receipt and code for the carwash. She took photos of my car including license plate, and video to show the mirror damage. **** told me to expect a call from "corporate." She called me next day to come back and fill out another page. I did.I return to the store about 1x a week since then to ask what are the next steps to repair my mirror. Once, I was asked to complete yet another page (I did), and I'm advised I am still waiting for a call "from corporate." Meanwhile my vehicle is unsafe, as I now have a blind side without a functioning mirror - for almost a month.I have not heard from "corporate."I did not include a picture because the mirror "looks normal." The issue is when in the car is moving, the mirror freely swivels all over. Uploading a video is the only way to show the actual damage. **** did make a video for corporate.I can upload a video if needed.Thank you
