    I was getting quotes to have my fence replaced in my back yard and extended to the front the back being 6ft dropping down to 4 ft in the front on march 23rd ****** from A1fence came out measured received my quote and went with this company $15443.00 on March 30th they picked the deposit up on April 3rd I informed them I had 2 large dogs and could not go without a fence in the back more then 2 days after calling a few times with no response they started the project may 1st starting in the front after a couple times asking the installer when the back was going to start so I can do something with my dogs I was told they were done and the wrought iron fence across the front will not be ready for 2 weeks when I said that was not the agreement I was told ****** would contact me ,he did and came to my property may 4th and started out twisting words and numbers trying to confuse the conversation without saying he either measured wrong or anything implying it was my fault in the end I told him to leave and have someone else contact me to which his answer was I am the only one that can help ***** my front yard is torn up and the back they have not touched and Im not sure what to do next

    Hi,

    The customer made his payment and we ordered materials. Some of the wood was on back order and the iron panels had to be fabricated and powder coated. During fabrication the orders go in which they are received same for powder coating due to us using a 3rd party for powder coat. ********************************* order was received just after a project that would take 20 days to fabricate, it then went to powder coat. Once the wood was received we then scheduled with the customer to start the installation while the iron went to powder coat. During the end of the wood portion of the job there was miscommunication that was not caught by either the customer or the sales man in the measurements of how far back the wood fence would go to the right of the property, once discussed with the customer and salesman we agreed to do the additional fence footage with no additional cost. We would have been out to install the remaining wood fence in the backyard the following week but the customer requested that we don't install it until his gates have been installed in the from yard. The posts have been set for the two wood gates outlined in the proposal and scheduled to be installed on 5/26. Once completed we will remove and replace the backyard fence line. Our salesman has discussed with the customer and will be completing the job as requested. Our Business Manager ****** has called and left two voicemails to discuss with the customer but he has not returned the calls to offer any further assistance.
