    We have used UTE several times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. From repairing water damage, fixing drywall, or installing carpet, the quality and efficiency has been unmatched.

    Terrible Experience with Ute Contractor Company and Terrible manager Phillip
    I recently hired Ute Contractor Company to handle a series of renovations covered by my homeowners insurance, including two bathroom remodels, a kitchen renovation, and additional drywall work. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the project timeline was outrageously extended. What was estimated to be a 3 week job dragged on for over 4 months. This excessive delay caused a great deal of inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. Communication with Ute Contractor Company was consistently abysmal. Their team displayed rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. It was like pulling teeth to get updates on the progress of the project, leaving me feeling frustrated and in the dark. To add insult to injury, once the work was finally completed, there was no clean-up whatsoever. The aftermath was a mess, with debris, dust, and construction remnants left scattered throughout my home. It was a blatant disregard for basic cleanliness standards. Shockingly, Ute Contractor Company has now audaciously approached me for additional funds, despite the fact that they took egregiously longer than initially agreed upon. This is a clear demonstration of their lack of integrity and a blatant attempt to exploit the situation. I would strongly advise against hiring Ute Contractor Company for any renovation project. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, disregard for cleanliness, and attempts to squeeze more money out of clients are all red flags. Save yourself the headache and seek out a contractor who values their clients and delivers on their promises.

    Overpriced and didn’t finish the job. Replaced a toilet with mold and when insurance contacted them about that being inappropriate charged insurance for a new one. Multiple days of never calling or showing up. Never finished the job yet expects full payment.

    I apologize that this customer was not happy with our service. I reviewed this loss and repairs with my staff and found the following.


    On the initial call with my Project Manager the owner instructed us to deal directly with the tenant for scheduling, access,  and selections. That is understandable as the owner lives out of town. Here at Ute Inc. we follow the Las Vegas price list approved by the owners insurance  company. The insurance company approved the estimate and scope of work before we started. From the beginning in our contract the toilet was to be cleaned and reset. There was however a missing cabinet toe kick that was missed in our original estimate and never fixed.  Here at Ute Inc. we strive to do our best to provide good customer service. As the owner I welcome this customer to call me to discuss.
