    Youre theyre all very rude to me. Theyre giving my replacement I warranty this like a month ago 90% of the pieces are gonna fall apart. Shakes whenever I hold them. I need this to get handled. ******************** I dont appreciate it at all need something done an handle

    I am getting in contact with with us because of *************************** **************** lady treating me. Like teach when I am half deaf and she put me on hold when my wife and I told I was not being rude and the lady yelled at and called some today between 330 pm and 430pm eastern standard time today 9/26/24 and on my second call I got sent to a supervisor that treated me bad saying I was saying stuff I was and I talk to her about my warranty on my 15-Piece Comfort Grip Screwdriver Set SKU: ***** and she bring up bring up other people cases that have nothing do with me and asking if I new them and stuff and told her no and by law u should be bring up other people info and cases up with anther person or anther customer please warranty my set and the supervisor asked me. How long I lived at my adress y I dont know and told I just moved here and its been 4 or 5 weeks and then ur supervisor employee said she would warranty my set but when I told her I throw them out not noing I need to keep them see the set was stripped out she said she would be approving the warranty, no more but is wrong when the warranty is a lifetime warranty and the s**** set with my favorite screwdriver set. All I want is the warranty my pool and Ill go on my way because youre supervisor. Told me she would approve the warranty and then when she found out, I got rid of the tools. Not noing I need to keep them She said she wouldnt approve the warranty no more witch is messed up and wrong if her to do please just do the write thing and warranty it seeing it got a life time warranty on it thank u and so u no I dont got the the receipt but my talk to text put in the warranty email I got them from some one as a gift when it should of said that it should said I dont got the receipt a dont think can get it please warranty the tools thank u
