    Vegas Custom Glass was contracted to purchase and install the window package for the construction of our home. The work was substandard, and our builder replaced Vegas Custom Glass due to failure to perform. That was January, 2023. Now in February, 2024, they are arguing with the builder over work performed and payments due. Vegas Custom Glass has now filed a Right to Lien followed by an actual lien on my home after not being on property or performing any work for 12 months. They filed a Right to Lien on 1/29/2024 and then filed the lien on 2/7/2024.

    in response to the complaint, the liens have been waived under my attorneys recommendation. My current battle is with the general contractor, not the homeowner. Both parties are currently trying to withhold payment for amounts due based on completed work that was billed. We are currently in litigation.
