    On Sunday March 12th, I went to the PGA Tour Superstore to purchase some necessities there prior to my 11am tee time. The store always opens at 10am on Sunday's. I arrived there a little early and didn't mind waiting as I knew they would be opening well before my tee time. I did not get in the store until 10:30am, there were store employees and about ************************************* When we asked the employees to let us in they informed us that they did not have the keys and that the person/manager that was supposed to open the store earlier did not show up. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I stopped going to Golf Galaxy which is walking distance from my house because their customer service was shoddy. **********************, I thought, was higher caliber - they are no! It's unacceptable to have customers waiting for almost 30 minutes to get into a store. We can't blame the staff because they did not have the keys, the Manager should be disciplined if not fired for this. That is not acceptable customer service by any means!It was not until, I believe he was the Assistant Manager, came to unlock the doors that we were able to get into the store. Even still, my husband and I missed our tee time all thanks to the store's inability to have staff that are responsible and accountable for their duties.I also called the ***** line; they took my complaint and unless I mentioned the store # they were ready to hang up with me before they even had the store details. That shows a lack of dedication also at a higher level. It will be my pleasure to refer my friends to Golf Galaxy or even ****'s after this incident.
