    I am a frequent buyer of 168 market. I purchased 4 bags of Happy Snail Rice Noodle at sales price of $2.99/bag at 168 Market #802 on 7/3/2023. But I was unhappy about the price.The receipt price was showing $4.99/bag x4 when I returned home.The sales price tag was place right in front of the product, as a consumer I grabbed the products in front of the price tag with a sales price. I agreed to buy the product with a sale price at $2.99/bag (original $4.99). I called the store for an explanation, the manager, she told me it was a mistake that employee/customer moved the sales price tag. She couldnt honor the price and blame me didnt read the price tag (sales tag). I could read both Chinese and English. They placed the sales tag in front of 2 similar products (those are the 2 types of rice noodle product next to each other, the other one was with an original price tag) and claim it was the other products on sale. I grabbed the one with sales tag. If I know the price was $4.99 I wouldnt buy the product, in other word, I bought the product because it was on sale for $2.99/bag.When I called the store, she told me shes busy taking care other customers. In fact, I am a customer too. She was talking in a rude tone and blaming I didn't read the tag. After she check on the products, and continue the call, she couldnt tell which one was on sale neither. Instead, she could tell me that, they put the wrong tag in the wrong item for sales in a busy day. In conclusion, the store couldnt honor the price and misleading consumer to purchase the wrong items on sale. Instead, people who could only read Chinese or English would grab the wrong item too. The store should owe me an apology and refund the price different. I dont want other customer to buy the wrong items. I am so serious this is not the only time they did wrong on price tag!
