      Horrible misleading customer service support. May 4,2023, shopping at this store purchase three items total cost 23.97$. self service checkout. Items didn't go through. Tired second time. Charge twice for the same items on different transactions. Two receipts. Customer service support. Fifteen minutes she says no. You were charged once and I don't speak English. Really! Told her to look at the receipts, time and there's no cancel for the first time. What is your snap number? See you only charge once. I've the receipts and I contacted snap office and I was charged twice. Called a number for customer service support since the incident left several voicemail and no one has responded. If you're not Mexican or don't speak Spanish they pretend they don't speak English or understand. Major store in Vegas #30. Don't shop there. Very disturbing and disappointed by the way they do business. Never again
