      Marianas manager on Sahara/valley view harassed and threaten that if I don't provide proof of my ID they will cancel my order long story short I provided proof then orders got cancelled now I am out of over $200 that the manager refuses to refund me.

      I personally Email this customer after speaking with the manager of our sahara location. I told her we have a strict internal verification policy on all online orders that are paid with a credit card because of fraud we have been experiencing in the past. We did ask for a copy of her ID to match to her card and she sent a picture of it along with the an obscene gesture (middle finger) so after that we refused her service and refunded her card which the processor takes about 2-3 business days to do (we have no control over that.) She text and emailed us using foul language and that’s why she was refused service. Thank you.
