      The employees completely ignored me. It’s seems me they don’t want black customers in their store They treated me like I was invisible. It’s sad that still in these times that people are still so insensitive about race. When I was checking out the cashiers were engaged in a conversation & never acknowledged me She checked me out as continued talking no thank you or have a nice day. It’s as if they don’t desire black people in their establishments It’s a total disgraced

      I hope you are having a great day so far, I'm really sorry that this happened at one of our locations, our commitment to all customers is to welcome all customers greet them with a smile, and ask them if we can help them, I opened an investigation with the store manager, and if retrain our cashier is need it we will make it happen, please let me know if we can help you in any other way.
      once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
      in the future, if this ever happens again, we have a store manager at each location who will always listen to and document all compliments, recommendations, or problems, and will inform the corporation and resolve any issues, if possible, in no more than 24 hours.
