    I traded my Cmmg Sbr 308 rifle with ***** from Kp Tactical on 7-18-24. I have receipts with all the items he was suppose to hand over to me. He was suppose to give me several rounds of different ammo, green dot, and a suppressor. Every time i call or text him. He makes an appt with me and then the day of delivery he comes up with an excuse to cancel. I have several text messages of him saying hes gonna deliver and he always cancels or sends me pics of the supposed problem he has and cancels. I will reach out to the *** and see what they say.

    *****, the owner of the shop, took our money, never delivered the gun we purchased, and instead delivered a used gun without any box or documentation. ***** kept telling us he would deliver the correct gun, but we lost trust in him and requested a refund. However, he hasn't responded, and we still haven't received our money. We have to file a police report regarding the unknown gun and his business. In addition, we have complaint against his business to ***.

    THE OWNER ***** OF THIS BUSINESS IS A FULL TIME SCAM ARTIST. HE RIPPED ME OFF FOR $1,982.37 IN SEPTEMBER OF 2024.     Made a purchase on a ****** holographic site and 5x magnifier on August 3/2024 I have all receipts, calls, texts between myself and the owner. He has not provided me with my optic sight nor a refund. He stated he mailed my sight to me 2 1/2 weeks ago but did not provide proof, tracking number, or receipt. Hes been leading me on with different excuses as to why he couldnt do x,y,z as in he has used different and all excuses not to not mail or provide me with the sight. Im a very easy going person but it has been a total of 47 days and still no outcome. I either just want my money back or the optic, it has been completely unprofessional and horrible experience. I am a disabled combat veteran looking for guidance and help on this issue. Please youre welcome to call me, text, email, however and I can provide any and all information and proof. Thank you.

    Me and my family bought items from KP TACTICAL gun holster, lazer bullets, and a ***** TTI combat hand gun we have not received one of the items only receiving the holster, which was the wrong one he was to replace the holster with the right one but since August 3 2024 we have been playing phone tag, he would have us meet him at the store and never show up, he has excuse after excuse we ask for money back he stated he would **** the money a week and a half ago and still nothing we live in town and he was going to mail all items except the gun but still have not received anything now he is saying we seem suspicious because we keep bothering him and that he would get us our items but as of 09/18/2024 we have received nothing and we went to his store saw him in the windows he ducked down call my phone said he was not at the store it was his employee wh never came to the door or stood back up. We have been patient even when he accused me of being mad at him but to no avail we went to the police depot to file theft report, ***** has giving multiple dates to get our purchases and has not shown up and he still has our money.

    Kp tactical last contact he threatened to sue us for harassing him. We went to the ATF, ALCHOL TABACO AND FIREARMS AND FOUND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY complaints  and that the person stating he was an owner is not and his name is not frank but he does work for them.we are now sending paperwork  to KP TACTICAL  to start small claims preceding  to recover our money that is were we find ourselves at this time.

    I bought a gun and ammunition on May 9th as today August 29th I have not received any of those

    I recently purchased a firearm from this establishment and its been 30 days since prior to purchase and I still havent received my firearm and the updates I have received have been fraudulent and I believe they are scamming me because I still havent received anything from the business from the original transaction I do believe that this business is fraudulent. They did give me a piece of the purchase, but I have not received the full purchase. I looked at reviews on the Yelp website and I seen fraudulently claim so now I am making this BBB complaint to see if I can get any expedited assistance being a firearm establishment I do believe that regulations and codes, and I do believe that there are certain codes and regulations that are being broken with this establishment being a business. I do believe that you should honor your customers with their purchase, ********************** has been the worst business I ever had to deal with. I have been lied to multiple times. I have been let on and I have been ran around with I wasted gas going back-and-forth from their establishment to pick up my firearm in which they said that I had to come back so I wasted gas time and effort and I still havent received what I purchased.
