Jan 12, ******* was paid with two cards through Gian. It was 8 screws, a ********* ************* This was on email & paid over phone. When received, there were deep scratches across the receiver of the **** It looked like a defect since paint was over it and still shown. The **** had the same hinge rail as the *** but the pin was loose, spinning freely without lever rotation. Jan 19, this was told over email. **** said "its fine" & checked their rifle but wasn't allowed to send video proof. I didn't want to chance it because If I accepted from my FFL, I'd have to do warranty which could take several months. I asked to exchange both of them. **** said he needed time for the *** to come back in stock. So I said I'd return the *** and exchange the ****. He said he'll send a *** to set up the exchange. I got the *** and paid shipping back. He emailed me how he got the rifles and will do a refund. That wasn't what we agreed on so as I started to ask more, **** called me. "We won't be selling you any firearms period." That there was no exchange, only a "possibility". I asked if I pay shipping again to return the **** back and he said "Both the rifles are sold to 'happy' customers that will be satisfied with it". I spoke with the manager and he said he would let me know the next day about finding another **** to send back to me. Days passed so I called and left a voicemail. Then, I receive notice of ONLY a refund of $4504.98. Feb 6, I sent an email, about how I should get the full refund but no reply nor voicemail since. I was not told of any restocking fee prior, during, or on the *** instructions, email/phone. I never should've gotten charged because we agreed for an exchange, not a "possibility". They sold the rifle I was supposed to exchange for & sold my returns before I could receive any notification. I just wanted to exchange the **** and now I lost $800, no warning at all. All of this is on record of our conversations.
