    *********** is a gymnastics educational facility. My daughter has been going there for 1.5 months. Their owner, ******************, phoned me on 05/18/23 to let me know that he had been contacted by the owner of AGC gymnastics to inform him that I had an outstanding balance with AGC. The owner of *********** let me know that I should resolve this dispute and nothing more. Then on 05/29/23, my daughter was pulled from her class by the owner of *********** for an outstanding balance that he had no business even being aware of in the first place. This was after my child had been participating in their classes for 1.5 months, and only after 4 days of informing me of the outstanding balance in the first place. I was informed I needed to come pick up my 10 year old daughter. I came to the business, collected my child who was scared and upset, and proceeded to AGC to take care of my balance which I had only learned of 4 days prior. Once I fixed the balance at the other gym, I called *********** to let them know it was taken care of, and the owner, ******************, proceeded to yell at me while on speaker phone in front of my children, and lie about having informed me of his policy, of how his policy is always to remove children with balances at other gyms, call me names, refuse to let me explain the situation and ultimately hung up on me. This policy of notifying other gyms of outstanding balances is slander, my balance at the other gym was incorrect which is why it was still there and I was unaware of it.

    Hello, Together with owner of AGC "*****" here's the response:

    Flip For Me Gymnastics informed parent ******************************* of AGC calls that ****** has dues at AGC. Parent ignored to reply to our calls. At the time *********** decision was to refuse business to *************************************************** child, a full refund for all fees paid to *********** during 1.5 months was completed (transaction receipt attached May 23, 2023Zelle payment to ********************** JPM999wxe7xd  Zelle debit -$1,485.07). Also, attached is a full document from ***** "AGC" to document this received complaint. No one at *********** discuss financials with minors, always to parent or guardian.

    My name is ***************************** and I am the owner of *************. 

    This complaint was brought to my attention. I am providing paper work if proof that ******************************* never paid AGC for her daughter been train with us. Last payment was made on January 4, 2023.  ****** have received over 20 emails and phone calls from AGC about the outstanding balance. 

    ****** never informed AGC her daughter will be leaving the gym. After we found out they moved to *********** we contact *********** to let them know there is outstanding balance at AGC of $1062. In ****** Gymnastics association ******************** Relocation 
    NWGA members should always remain neutral, acting always on the athlete's best interests while adopting the following best practices: 
    1. Detail what your internal athlete relocation policies are, in the event one of your athletes decides to leave your gym and publish it in your Team Handbooks. 
    2. To accept an athlete from another member club, the athlete and parents must have:. communicated their intention of leaving their current gym club;
     b. settled, or have made an arrangement to pay any account balances owed to previous gym.
    c. ended training with the previous club. (Training in two clubs simultaneously or receiving training from a private source without the consent of the primary coach is unethical.)
