I am writing to formally request a refund for two Cool Peel treatments that I did not receive. I was charged $2,840 for a promotion of three Cool Peel treatments, which cost $3,000. According to my credit card statement, the charge was posted on March 2, 2023, and cleared on March 5, 2023.I attended an event at Essensa where the Cool Peel machine was featured. During the event, I spoke with ********* about ******. My friend, *****, had a treatment from ********* nearly six months prior and was interested in another treatment. We both scheduled Xiomin treatments for the following weeks. That evening, a promotion for Cool Peel treatments was offered, requiring a $200 deposit to secure the promotion. ********* administered my first Xiomin treatment a few weeks after the event, during which she took before and after photos. I paid for this treatment, amounting to $300 or $350, with either cash or a debit card. At that time, I also scheduled my first Cool Peel session for a later date. ********* performed my only Cool Peel session, and before and after photos were taken with an iPad. I was instructed on post-treatment expectations and purchased a recommended lotion. The first Cool Peel treatment went well. However, I was unable to schedule my second appointment despite numerous attempts. I tried to contact the office by phone and made several visits during business hours, but the doors were always locked. I left multiple voicemails and received auto-text replies stating:"Hi and thank you for calling Essensa Clinic. We are currently assisting other callers but we'll get back to you as soon as we can. While waiting, feel free to send us a text. How may we help you today? Reply STOP to unsubscribe."Despite these efforts, I was unable to reach anyone to schedule the remaining treatments. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the two Cool Peel treatments I did not receive. I am not interested in any other services in lieu of these treatments.
