      God awful company!!! I worked there for a year. Everything seemed great for awhile, but somehow it all went down hill. My client was left with no care for almost 2 months because they couldn't or wouldn't supply a caregiver. The people they did send were not at all fit to be caregivers. I wonder if they even do background checks at all. I worked with a client one day and was never notified that his services had been terminated on that day. They did not pay me for my visit. Upon my resignation I had PTO that I accrued. They refused to pay it back to me because they state they are not required to do so. You may not be required to do so, but it is MY TIME. I EARNED IT, and if you were a professional company that appreciated your caregivers, you would have given that back to me. Before I resigned, my supervisor and nurse resigned as well. Both of my former clients also fired them. That should say enough about them right there. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer you honestly!
