      Came to inquire about possible problem with my left ear where I have tinnitus. ******************************* tested my hearing with a headphone and asked me to repeat some words which took less than 5 minutes. She then showed me a graph and said I need a pair of hearing aids. She was talking fast and aggressively about the hearing aids I need and before I could say I would like to think about it, she recommended a pair which she said is the best and would really help me. We ended up using my and my husband's insurance spending cards which totalled $2,382.82, the total cost being $5,987.72. That left us a balance of another $3,604.84 which I have to pay in installment. The next day I called their office (after my husband and I discussed what happened and the way I was tested) that I decided to call my primary care physician to get a referral to an ENT. My PCP referred me to a Doctor of Audiology who gave me a very thorough testing using 3 different testing machines. The Audiologist recommended a pair of hearing aids which she said hopefully will help my tinnitus also. The cost was less than $2,000 which I am using now. I called Miracle Ear to say I am canceling the order for the hearing aids and going with the hearing aids prescribed by the Audiologist, the cost of which is less than 1/3 of what they're recommending me. It's been more than 2 months now, and inspite of numerous calls from me and my husband, we have not gotten any refund yet. ************************* at their front desk keeps on telling us she will follow-up but nothing has happened inspite of our continuous calls. I need that deposit to cover the cost of my new hearing aids. Please help me. And thank you so much for your kind assistance.

      I noticed that you address the letter to *************************************** instead of ******************************* of Miracle Ear.  You put the right address of Miracle Ear at ***************************************************************************************************  Kindly correct your message and address it to *******************************.  I do not know who *************************************** is.
