Do NOT Use Fidelity I purchased a Fidelity home warranty Elected to have AC tune up service. When I purchased this option, the salesman told me that it's $75 for the trade coffee, not per unit. On 2/23/2023 I placed a preseason tune up for 6 units. **************** also stated it would be $75 for all the units to be serviced, as it is for all Claims with the same Trade. ******* and Heating Corp called me and set up an appointment. ***** arrival, I told the tech there were 6 units, he started doing the work &then came back &told me that I would have to pay for each unit that was being serviced, &asked him if I wanted to do that. I stated no, that's not what I signed up for when I purchased the contract, nor is that what I was told when I filed the claim for the 6 AC units. I declined any further ************** him on his way.My complaint is about this issue first. I was supposed to have all units looked at for $75 service fee, which is the same as I would pay when I have an electrical, plumber, appliance, or other claim work there are several different items needing attention that are within the same trade coming out.The other complaint I have is that the Tech did not perform the duties that they were called out to do on the air conditioner that they did look at. All he did was look around the unit. He did not clean the unit, did not look at the Freon pressure, did not look inside at the part of the unit which is inside the home, and did not do anything else. He just did not do a good job. Please cancel the 2nd $75 Trade Call Fee. I told the technician I did not want him to do any work that would cause me to pay anymore then the $75 I paid. I told him I would complain directly with Fidelity regarding this. So why am I being charged another $75 even though he gave me the option to continue or not, and I declined? He just made it worse. Please also refund the original $75 Trade Call Fee as AMA air and heating Corp did not perform the preseason tune up.

    the Customer has 4 units.
When Fidelity National Home Warranty (****) sends ** work orders for tune-**** they only cover one unit.
Tech performed tune up for 2 units and cleaned 1coils.

He went above and beyond by doing two tune-*** and cleaning one coil, all free of charge.
This was to accommodate a customer who did not receive proper information from the **** representative.
