This business is actively deceiving the public. It props itself up as a cannabis dispensary and imply that they are legitimate but after getting home to LA I realized all of the products I purchased are delta8 or cbd, no thc in either case. The products are not clearly labeled at all. There are no signs or clear indications that this is a thc free location but they use cannabis iconography all over the place; really playing up that they sell marijuana. The vendor did not identify the product as being thc free and they pushed products on me to buy, implying that they were high quality cannabis products, they even label everything with well know cannabis strain names like gorilla glue, Pineapple Express, sour diesel etc. giving them a veil of legitimacy. I spent over 200 dollars but I dont know when Im going to be in Vegas again as Im heading to ************ for the month of December. I would appreciate a full refund from them. I used a few of the products until I realized they were not what I wanted. I will send the products in the mail if I have to. I just want my money back. I saw reviews online, it appears that there is a pattern of dishonesty from this store in particular. Theyre banking on one time customers to stay afloat and in Vegas, especially on the strip, theres a steady stream of people who will buy products like I did. They need to be admonished for this dishonest and unethical behavior.

On October 6, **** I searched for a cannabis dispensary and REY came up. When I arrived I asked for a pre-roll and the person behind the counter asked if I want high or low potency. I specifically asked what the *** % would be and she responded by saying it would "be in the teens". I ask this question at every dispensary I go to and so I was surprised to learn days later that the product has less than <.03 *** and the woman working full well knew this and lied to me. I left Las Vegas before consuming the product. Had I known this was a product specifically intended to have as close to zero *** as possible I would not have purchased. Lying to make a sale seems illegal.

10/10/22 $43.34 My wife and I went stopped at Rey dispensary, We asked the worker if this was CBD or if it was THC, he said he had both THC and CBD.My wife and I both told him we wanted THC not CBD, he insisted that what he sold us was his strongest pre rolls for THC. When we walked back to the hotel we inspected what we bought, only to see in the most tiniest letters ever stating its delta9.We did not ask for delta9. We paid marijuana prices for cbd. Im a habitual smoker, diet THC isnt for me. Your workers should know what they are selling, or stop lying to people.I wasted 44$ for nothing. The pre rolls didnt do anything for me, also they smelled really bad. I couldnt even go back to where we purchased them from only because they closed for the night. You should also mention on the strip youre not allowed to sell THC, stop false advertising.

I have received your chargeback request personally here in the office and I have notified merchant services to push it through. Again, I apologize for your experience, we have spoken with the representative who helped you to ensure they understand that it is not acceptable. I truly hope that the refund satisfies the frustration you went through.
