Instead of filing a secondary report for the second house community management representative **************************** engages in repetitive argumentative emails. After the fifth harassing email I responded with a better business bureau complaint. After the eighth harassing email she CCed her manager ********************* ****************** Who instead of reprimanding her own employee for dereliction of duty and unprofessionalism attacks the client who supports their payroll. On December 18 a tow tag was placed on my vehicle for no plates and no tags which are clearly visible. On December 19 a verification email was sent to ********************* and *************** with proof of registration. ********************* then threatens me with a hearing and a fine as a retaliatory act for me filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. On multiple occasions I requested *************** ceases emailing me or she would be served with a restraining order thats the necessitation of a police report and bbb reportsInitial Complaint

** management company is letting Alondra Condo Community tell them what to do. They are giving unwarranted unsupported fines to all the residents but mainly the minority owners. They impose fines with no first notice, try to put under HSW with higher fine of $250 and immediate Hearing! Still no notice of hearing to owner! I have asked for proof of violation 7 times! Finally they send me picture of tire near dumpster and I am no where in photo! I get my tires changed at ********* around the ************ would not even fit on my Lexus not my Cadillac! They still say mine off uhaul! I had a moving company move me here not a Uhual. Help they are unbelievable! I just moved here 8/22/23 and am up to $900 in fines!! Two hearings and 11 notices!! Help bring them in compliance with managing a community not doing what Board says that is not within the CC&R or bylaws!
I / we are getting our dues stolen. Nothing fixed at Alondra HOA community and I/we are getting unwarranted fines accessed to our unit account from ** ********************************************* with no first violation letter or either no warning and unjustified amounts from CC&R or bylaws. Putting trash, dumping of metal file cabinet in dumpster a HSW Health Safety and Welfare violation $250 fine! First notice letters and straight to hearing no notice and fines access to my/our account before hearing takes place!! Help I just bought in July ! First fine $250 accessed with no notice, hearing just letter of fine an $100 accrue weekly, for argument with neighbor on 8/29 accessed $250 for HSW but notice says noise and nuisance! Which would be $100 - and all of this starting 8/31/23 first notice letter dated but mailed to wrong address. And according to ** Community Management Director, I had an old CC&R and bylaws dated back 2009! Requested current one with violations and price list over three times! Finally emailed me CC&R on 11/29/23! I did not even have current CC&Rs or declarations per ** Community management company! How do I know what to do or not do, with no current information???!!! ** Community Management says they have to do what Alondra HoA tell them to do! So why are we paying them to manage and let HOA board violate the law?! Help me please! I just moved here from ***** and bought 7/14/23 moved in 8/22 and first fine dated 8/31! No warning letter, no hearing notice just straight to fine. This ** Community Management said they can only do what Alondra HOA tells them to do. That is not what the *** 116 says.

I have paid my ********************* Dues for ***************************************************** on time, monthly for 23 years. Nevada Community Mgmt(NCM) took over **************** Estates homeowners association 11/2022 and has misapplied 5 of my payments (to another homeowner). All of my checks had cleared my account, so I had no indication that my account was not being credited until after 4 of my payments were misdirected. I contacted them on 4/18 after learning that my account was "delinquent". After dong nothing about their error, they assessed a penalty of $243.20 in addition to the erroneous previous fees. Now NCM has applied late fees, penalties, and other fees in the amount of $441.40 as a result of THEIR shoddy business practices.Their communication is sub standard and it is amazing to me that they can still operate as a legitimate business.Initial Complaint

So I got a notice from ***** (Nevada Community Management) HOA stating to remove tree suckers from the base of the tree. Which is not a big deal to do if my tree was a stand alone tree..At the base of my tree, there's a huge **** that pretty much covered the bottom of the tree and in the courtesy notice photo, the **** was part of the picture, so I asked ******** about the criteria of the inspection over the phone to make sure that I do not have anymore violation.. If I clean the base of the tree, with the bushes around it, which is what the notice asked for, does she think the inspector won't give me another notice? Because of the **** the inspector will not be able to see the base anyway due to the size of it covering the base of the tree and the area around it.. Instead what she did over the phone is repeat the message that I already read myself from the notice. What I need is clarifications of the violations and the proper way to take care of it but instead she said that she's not the inspector so she can not tell me what is the violation even tho her name is on the violation courtesy notice as the contact person if you got questions. This HOA give you c*** for nothing but they're letting my neighbors' lawn look like c*** for god knows how long it has been. And when the neighbor take my parking spot, they don't do anything, when the neighbor's weed grow everywhere, they don't do anything either.. Since I moved into the neighborhood about a month ago, I still see their lawn full of weed until today.. so what's the point of having HOA??? so that ******** can have a job to read the notice back to the person asking her a legitimate question?? are you kidding me??Initial Complaint

Since Our HOA ******************* Our HOA Fees Have Skyrocketed ************ Services Seem To Have Dwindled Drastically .. It Appears That EACH Time Fees Can Legally Be Increased, They're Increased To The Maximum Allowable. If I Recall Properly, When They Took Over Not Long Ago, Fees Were Around ~~~$65.00~ Per Month....As Of 01/01/2023 The Fees Will Be A Total Of ~~~$306.00 ~Per Month...OBVIOUSLY, Something Just AIN'T Right.. Although They ANSWER E.Mails And Telephone Calls,,.. I Must, In My Mind, QUESTION Those ************************** Estimate Of Repairs Listed $1,000 For Gate Repairs.......We Do NOT Have A Gate.....Typo? I Doubt. I've Received Explanations, But QUESTION Who Actually Gets The Money.... In Other Words, Does Someone At The ************************** Interest, Or Ownership In, The Companies Contracted And PAID For The Work.?......PERHAPS I'm Wrong, But I Find This Rather Questionable
