      Very professional company. Sold my home in Los Angeles I've owned since the 70s and they carried through on every promise and provided a reasonable timeline for me, despite having a couple issues with probate. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

      Full of promises and lies. They couldn't sell my house quick so they jump ship. They will get you happy about selling your house then leave you high and dry. If they cant sell it in 2 weeks they will get rid of you. Unprofessional company at best.

      Unfortunately, your house was not in the condition you described to us, and in addition you made it nearly impossible to view the property. This presented a massive challenge for us finding a successful resolution for you.


      Specifically, you claimed to have an in ground built pool, but it had been converted to a pond upon deeper inspection.



      With all of this, we still did everything we could to try and salvage the purchase of your home, and you still received the earnest money that was on the contract.

      This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. After fielding several offers online, I decided to briefly meet this company at my house in Las Vegas to walk my property and ultimately went with them. The offer was fair and their timeline was faster than most claimed to be, being able to close in under 2 weeks. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell their home faster than usual and looking to get the most cash possible.
