    I ordered sheets from this company and it was sent to the wrong address. They said they would mail me a one time replacement. I have yet to receive it and it’s been over 3 months.

    False information on their website - twice I have ordered something that says it will ship in a couple days and is in stock, and then I have followed up only to be told it's backordered and will be at least a month to ship from original order. I only found this out by emailing, they did not notify me.

    I ordered a set of sheets and a pillow. The items arrived and had a terrible chemical odor. Too strong of an odor to want to keep. So I contacted the company and they said to put the items outdoors for a few days and sprinkle baking soda on it, let the sun work on it. Not doing, asked/requested a return label. Nope, they said I am responsible for returns. $$$$’s. This company is a scam! They sell goods that are not good for humans. They state in their ads that their products are so healthy to use and so good for you. It’s all a scam!
    Return shipping is crazy expensive. More than what it is even worth.
    Never buy anything from ads on face book or internet. Stick with the old stand by, ****** and *******.

    Have a set of sheets failed under the warranty. Contacted them and they would not stand behind their product. Be very carefully of this company several negative reviews.

    My package was delivered to a completely wrong address and refused to refund me when I filed a report. The reason was that the zip code was listed as 40212 instead of 40202. My address was still correct and there’s no way it could’ve ended up there from my error. I emailed them and they emailed back. But I haven’t heard from them since last week. They’re scamming me out of my money. I should’ve just went to a store.

    I returned Luxury Pillowcases - Standard Size × 1 & Luxury Bed Sheets - Queen Size × 1 within a week of my receiving the product. I did not put an accurate weight on the return UPS Label, so UPS charged me the difference - no biggie. Their refund policy states "All Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the package." The tracking shows it was received on 12/11/23. When I emailed asking for my refund, twice they told me that the tracking shows an inaccurate weight. I told them that it doesn't matter what that shows as I was billed for the difference. That was on 12/23/23 & I still have yet to hear from them. I put a dispute for the refund through my credit card company.

    They say risk-free return but you better have shipment free in order to get your money back. I have chatted with about 7 people with no success on getting my money back. I ordered a pillow that was not "cool" as advertised. They told me to return it which cost me $45.94 ( the pillow cost $43.00.) I got a refund for the pillow but not for the return so I don't have a pillow and I'm out $45.94. Never ever will I order from this company again. The chat said that they are working on the return policy but not doing me any good now.

    Make you pay for your returns. So a 18 lb blanket cost $50 to ship back and I paid $111 for it. Cmon now.
