    On March 1, 2024, I purchased a "Twin XL size Heavy Duty 16-inch Tall Metal Platform Bed Frame" from Qolture through its website, **************************************, for a purchase price of $286.58, order #****. On March 1, 2024, my credit card was charged by Qolture and I received an order confirmation from Qolture from email address *********************************. I waited about two weeks but I did not receive the product. From about March 15, 2024 to April 18, 2024, I attempted to contact Qolture customer service at ********************* on multiple occasions to request the status of my order, which number was provided by Qolture on the order confirmation (click on "view your order"). I also attempted to call "the Qolture support team" at 1-877-QOLTURE ***************), a number I obtained on the Qolture website. **************** and the ********************** support team did not answer my calls and did not respond to my voicemails. From about March 15, 2024 to April 18, 2024, I emailed Qolture at ********************************** on multiple occasions to request the status of my order, which email was provided by Qolture on the order confirmation. I received no response to my emails. In my most recent voicemails and emails to Qolture, I made requests to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original form of payment. Qolture did not respond to my voice mails or emails. Qolture did not refund the amount paid to the original form of payment.

    I purchased an item online from the company a month ago. My card was charged and I received no additional communication from them. I sent an email after a couple weeks to find out if the order had been canceled or if there was shipping information and received no response. I tried calling the customer service number. The first couple of times I called, I was redirected to a promotional service and could not get through to customer service. When I finally reached customer service, I was told -- for the first time -- that my order had been canceled. There had been no effort to issue a refund because they claimed they no longer accepted **************** and therefore could not refund my money unless I gave them another credit card number. I told them I didn't trust their service enough at this point to provide a credit card number and asked if I could receive my refund in another way. They said my only option was to go to an office, which I believe is in *********, but when I asked for office locations, I was just disconnected once more from their customer service.

    Went online to shop for a clock. Found Westclox 20 inch wall clock by Qolture. Purchased clock on July 5, 2023, order #**** and paid $58.37 for the product, shipping and handling. Almost 6 weeks later I have not received the clock and I am getting no answers to my inquiries. Submitted complaint form on their website asking for a status and delivery date. I even said I would file with the BBB. No response. Received attached with no answer to my request. Went online to track clock. When you click on track, it takes you to HOUZZ Deals and Sales to place another order. I do not want to place another order with them or Qolture. I believe this is a scam. Please assist me in getting my money back. I have read the customer complaints for HOUZZ and I believe that this is part of QOLTURE because the same things are happening to me.
