      False Statement: COMPANY IS CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR CHAP APPLICATIONS AND COMMITTING FRAUD.

      NCD LLC Response: NCD LLC DO NOT charge anyone that submits an application for assistance an application fee. NCD LLC NEVER advertised or disclosed to anyone to pay an application fee. NCD LLC is a licensed company that provide a variety of business services. All staff, agents, attorneys, etc. are licensed and have NEVER committed any FRAUD in the company current/past existence. 

      False Statement: THEY ARE GUARANTEEING CLIENTS ASSISTANCE EVEN THOUGH THE CLIENTS HAVE NOT BEE APPROVED FOR CHAP ASSISTANCE OR GONE THROUGHT THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

      NCD LLC Response: NCD LLC does not guarantee CHAP ASSISTANCE APPROVALS. NCD LLC does however guarantee Approvals for our applicants to receive additional paid services that is DEEMED needed such as: Landlord Correspondence, Landlord/Tenant Business Services, Tenant/Landlord Mediation Responses, and Landlord/ Tenant Dispute Resolutions and DIRECT UTILITY PAYMENTS, while applicants wait 90+ days to see if assistance will be approved or denied WITH CHAP. NCD LLC Services ARE NOT PROVIDED BY CLARK COUNTY and is not AND SHOULD NOT BE REFERRED TO AS FRAUD SERVICES.  Depending on the information provided by the applicant and submitted for rental and utility assistance, can affect the application submitted to NCD LLC and can also get DENIED by NCD LLC.

      Suggested Resolution: THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND GIVE REFUNDS TO ALL CUSTOMERS.

      NCD LLC Response: NCD LLC do not need to be SHUT DOWN. Clark County portal malfunctions is responsible for a number of reasons why INNOCENT FAMILIES AND PEOPLE HAVE BEEN EVICTED, PUT OUT ON THE STREET WITH NO CARE AS RECENT AS 11/21/22. IF AN APPLICANT CAN NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS THEN THE APPLICATION IS NOT CONSIDERED PENDING AND THE APPLICANT GETS EVICTED AS A RESULT. LETS TALK FRAUD- THAT AN APPLICANT BEEN WAITING 90+ DAYS FOR APPROVAL AND PEOPLE LIKE ************************* TELLS THE APPLICANT TO RETURN THE DOCUMENTS BY 11/23/2022 AND THE APPLICANT SEND THE DOCUMENTS ON 11/23/2022 AT 9:05AM BUT ************************* WORKS THE **** AT 8:00AM (NEVER DISCLOSING A **** ON THE FINAL DOCUMENT REQUEST DATE) NOW **** DENIES AN APPLICATION, OFFERS AN APPEAL OPTION. NOW THE APPLICANT/TENANT OWES 3+ MONTHS RENT AND UTILITIES , HAS CHILDREN, FAMILY, INLAWS, ETC, LIGHTS IS NOW BEING CUT OFF AND THEY ALL BECOME HOMELESS. FRAUD IN MY OPINION IS ************************* FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST NCD LLC. THIS IS ************************* A RETIRED CLARK COUNTY WORKER THAT LIVE IN A NORTH LAS VEGAS HOUSE FOR 12 YEARS COMFORTABLE THAT HAS MADE TIME FOR A BBB COMPLAINT AGAINST A LEGIT COMPANY (NCD LLC) VERSUS RESPONDING TO APPLICANTS EMAILS ABOUT PORTAL ISSUES, PASSWORD ISSUES, LOCKED ACCOUNTS, MULTIPLE ACCOUNT ISSUES, APPEAL REQUEST, ETC.

      False Statement: ALSO, THEY ARE SENDING FRAUDALENT LETTERS FOR APPROVAL TO ** ENERGY STATING CLIENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY *********************************.

      NCD Response: NCD LLC letters sent to ** ****** are not FRAUDALENT letters for APPROVAL. NCD LLC CONTACTS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP A FAMILY OR 100+ FAMILIES THAT HAVE VERIFIED PENDING RENTAL/UTILITY ASSISTANCE APPLICATION(S). NCD LLC PROCESSING TIME IS UP TO 90 DAYS, AS SPECIFIED ON OUR PREVIOUS NV ENERGY LETTERS THAT WERE COMPROMISED IN MID OCTOBER 2022 BY A GROUP OF INDIVIUALS THAT DUPLICATED NCD LLC APPROVAL LETTERS WITH INTENT TO COMMIT FRAUD AGAINST ** ******. NCD, LLC HAVE NEVER SUPPLIED, OFFERED OR SCAMMED ANY UTILITY COMPANIES TO INCLUDE NV ENERGY FOR ANY APPLICANT. APPLICANTS HAVE ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO PAY NCD, LLC, READAND ACCEPTED NCD LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONSINCLUDING  DISCLOSURES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED WITH OUR PROGRAM TO INCLUDE HOLDING NCD LLC HARMLESS AND NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION AND AS STATED IN THE AGREEMENT REVIEWED AND AUTHORIZED BY THE APPLICANT.

      NCD LLC IS A COMPANY THAT OFFERS MUCH NEEDED HELP TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIUALS AND TO RECEIVE SUCH A COMPLAINT OF THIS NATURE IS NOT APPRORIATE, ACCURATE, TRUE OR CORRECT. ************************* OR CLARK COUNTY SHOULD PAY ALL THE TENANTS RENT FOR THE MISTAKES MADE BY CASE WORKERS AND THAT FREE PORTAL SYSTEM THAT CAUSES FAMILIES ALL THE TIME TO LOSE THEIR HOMES VERSE TRYING TO CREATE FRIENDS WITH THE INDIVIDUALS THAT DUPLICATED/ FALSIFIED NCD LLC APPROVAL LETTERS FOR 50+ PROPERTIES FOR PEOPLE NOT IN NCD, LLC PROGRAM ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT FRAUD AGAINST NV ENERGY. AN AGENGY OF YOUR NATURE SHOULD BE IN FULL SUPPORT OF NCD LLC, AS I WAS TOLD WE WERE ADDED TO YOUR RELIEF LIST AND OUR INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF OUR SERVICES. 

      NCD LLC OFFERED RESOLUTION TO COMPLAINT:

      1. NCD LLC CURRENT APPLICATION DISCLAIMER TELLS APPLICANTS THAT NCD LLC  PROGRAM FEE IS NOT FOR RENTAL/UTILITY ASSISTANCE WITH A CLAUSE THAT (IT IS FREE.) THAT WILL REMAIN THE SAME. THE PROGRAM FEE IS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. NCD LLC WILL LIST THE ACTUAL PAID PROGRAM FEE SERVICES TO INCLUDE: LANDLORD SERVICES, LANDLORD/TENANT CORRESPONDENCE, LANDLORD/TENANT BUSINESS SERVICES, LANDLORD/TENANT MEDIATION ASSISTANCE AND LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS.  NCD LLC WILL ADD A ZERO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER, SO THAT NO APPLICANT  MISUNDERSTANDS OUR PROGRAM FOR CHAPS, ASSUMING BY PAYING OUR PROGRAM SERVICE FEE- GUARANTEE CLARK COUNTY OR ANY COUNTY AVAILIABLE COVID ERA FUNDING, IT DOES NOT.  

      2. NCD, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY WILLING TO PROVIDE CLARK COUNTY- CHAP WITH THE APPLICANT -NCD LLC APPROVAL LETTER SO THEY KNOW NCD LLC PAID OR WILL BE OAYING THE APPLICANT UTILITY BILL (S). THE LETTER WOULD HAVE DISCLOSED THE AWARD AMOUNT AND IF CHAP WANTED TO PAY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO THE APPLICANT UTILITIY COMPANY ON THE PENDING APPLICATIONS IN THE FREE PORTAL,THAT WILL REMAIN THE DISCRETION OF CLARK COUNTY CHAP. WE ASK THAT ************************* CEASE FROM MAKING FALSE CLAIMS AND STATEMENTS ABOUT NCD LLC. I WILL BE PROVIDING THIS TO THE PROGRAM LIASION WITH CLARK COUNTY FOR REVIEW AS NO ONE AT CLARK COUNTY WAS AWARE OF THIS COMPLAINT SUBMITTED BY **************************
